I chose Stephensons because they are a long and well established Estate Agency with a good reputation. Although the sale was long and complicated due to circumstances over which nobody had control, the final result was achieved and everything went ahead smootly. The whole process was very professional from start to finish, Sue and Nathan were always available to clarify questions and I am glad that I stood by my decisión to have them handle everything. Thank you!

We sold through Stephensons Boroughbridge last month. Contact and updates were minimal since going to market. Zero pro-activity or responsiveness. We were just lucky to engage directly with our buyer.<br>I’ve still never heard from them since mid sales process. Never, ever had such poor customer service and engagement. Shockingly poor customer service

My sister and I had mums bungalow for sale recently with Stephensons at Boroughbridge. Sue Smith was absolutely amazing keeping us informed with viewings and feedback. She kept us up to speed when the sale was going through interacting with our solicitor and making sure everything went smoothly. Thankyou so much Sue, you are worth 10?????? .

I would like to highly recommend Sue Smith at Stephensons Boroughbridge Office, who helped us sell my Mothers bungalow in Boroughbridge. She was professional, totally on the ball and found a buyer within days, we cannot thank her and Stephensons highly enough.

On behalf of my son Richard…..I was new to buying a property and Hope at Stephensons was the Estate Agent for the sellers. My own online solicitor and the vendors solicitor were quite slow to the point my mortgage offer was only valid for 6 months (took 5 months 2 weeks to completion). To be honest without Hopes additional work over and above working tirelessly with both sets of solicitors I think I would have lost the house purchase. Hope was so helpful and patience with me when I was getting no updates from my own solicitor. Hope went above and beyond her own job description. Thankyou Hope, I am forever grateful to you for getting this over the finish line. Brilliant work.

Stephensons hosted all the viewings for our house sale which was very helpful as we could not be there to host any potential buyers. I'd say that Stephensons did work hard to sell the house.
