From the very beginning, Michelle was so kind, understanding and supportive. Starting again on my own and purchasing a property was a huge step for me, and naturally came with a lot of anxiety and uncertainty. Michelle understood that and made the whole process feel much less daunting. I was then passed to Angela, the sales progressor, who was absolutely fantastic. She was reassuring, patient and always available whenever I needed to call. Even during the moments when my anxiety would spiral and I’d worry about everything that could possibly go wrong, Angela was always there to reassure me and talk me through things. The whole team have been incredibly professional, approachable and supportive throughout.
