After nearly a year of searching, we finally found a house tick all the boxes. Strettons came in and devalued the property cos they was not bothered. Claiming whatever they wished. They set the price however they liked. The house bigger than all the houses on that road is cheap and the small houses not even renovated are apparently expensive than big house. They dont even have an answer to that as they know they messed up. Which dont make sense at all. They blatantly lied in the report and were caught red-handed. They all know including Ray taylor. Instead of accepting responsibility and appearing small, also not helping us nor rectifying the situation we demand a full refund or we will initiate court proceedings. Ray Taylor from the complaints department thought he could assist us, but he has proven to be ineffective. He does not belong in complaint department at all. Every time we call him, he is in a meeting, and it is unclear what he is doing. He cannot even manage a single file. Whoever appointed him as an operational director must be lacking in judgment. This individual does not know how to handle a complaint. His colleagues under him are far more competent. We had hoped he could help, but he has turned out to be the worst person to approach. He claims he does not have time to talk but has plenty of time to send emails back and forth. What a strange individual he is. We informed him of multiple errors in the valuation. Instead of rectifying the situation, he discusses terms and conditions as if he owns Strettons, failing to realise he is merely an employee. Because of him, our family going to pursue court proceedings! We request a full refund, Strettons, as your company has not met its professional obligations.... Read more
