Pretty rubbish service to us as sellers. Time waster buyers, weren’t informed until over 5 months into the sale that the buyers had serious pre-existing circumstances, a mess. Feels like we’re having to do everything ourselves. One minute these are cash buyers, the next it’s a mortgage, the next minute the agents are only receiving proof of funds documentation half way through the sale. What is their buyer KYC process? Where is our service and protection as sellers?

Despite good reviews for the sales team, the rental team are evidently useless. My parents have been trying for over two months to get their deposit returned after renting a property through Lee Shaws in Kingswinford, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. A representative named Harry has repeatedly tried to charge them for what is clearly general wear and tear, something that should not be deducted from a tenant’s deposit under fair letting practices and The Tenant Fees Act 2019.
Despite providing evidence and communicating several times, there has been no progress or resolution, and they have yet to receive any of their deposit back. This prolonged and stressful process has left them feeling ignored and unfairly treated.
I would urge anyone considering renting through this agency to be cautious and to document everything thoroughly when it comes to deposits and property condition. Or better still, avoid completely. Tenants deserve transparency and fairness — something that, unfortunately, has been lacking in this case.
In regards to the deposit being returned, legal action will be forthcoming.

Absolutely appalling experience with Amanda at Lee Shaw Estate Agents. Her arrogance is off the charts! Completely unprofessional and dismissive. Wouldn't recommend dealing with her to my worst enemy. Total waste of time. She’s a fairly average secretary at a small estate agency, so it’s unclear where the arrogance comes from!

Poor performance under sold my house wanted to drop the price by £25k went to another agent sold it within a week at the original price disgusting service should be ashamed, the property was completed and although I drop the price I didn’t drop the price that you said it was worth to my ex wife’s solicitor didn’t have the decency to send the same letter to me this is why you were sacked as it became clear you were not working in my best interest
