Ray at the Personal Agent was the selling agent for our recent property purchase. From the first viewing Ray was responsive and helped co-ordinate further viewings with trades people with no fuss. Ray was also really proactive and communicative throughout the purchase process and whenever we spoke it was clear he was already up to date on chasing throughout the chain! Thanks for your help.

I previously used this branch for buying and selling property and had positive experiences.
More recently, I attended and contacted the branch directly to raise a concern and was disappointed with the response I received.
While my earlier transactions were handled professionally, this later interaction left me feeling disappointed.
