Stacy handled the sale and was
Polite knowledgeable and professional at all times.
Answering any questions that I had thoroughly and explaining so that I totally understood. Stacy valued the property and marketed it at what I thought was the most realistic price from the 3 valuations I had received.
The property was only on the market for 2 weeks and 3 days before I received 2 offers for the full asking price.

We bought our new home with the help of Stacy from Clarke Munro. If we could provide her with more stars we would, but we're only limited to 5.<br><br>Her professionalism, compassion and pure sense of just being herself and wanting to help you, shone through every encounter we had with her.<br><br>She helped guide us through the process and helped us with any issues we encountered.<br><br>You can tell from just your first contact with Stacy that she is somebody you can work with with ease and without an added headache with an already stressful process you have with any house move.<br><br>To add if Stacy wasn't available at the time, the team at Clarke Munro were more than helpful, kept communication lines open and transparent where everyone was aware of what was happening, allowing for clear and concise updates.<br><br>Cannot recommend Stacy and the team from Clarke Munro anymore if I tried.
