We had a great experience with Thomas James, both as perspective buyers on a property they listed as well as selling our own with them too. Show properties for sale that already have sale agreed. Apparently this is part of the process?! If I were selling a property and sale agreement was not finalised I would not want other interested parties to be brushed off without even an offer to take details in case offer falls through. If a property is not available to purchase then remove it show it as under offer or unavailable to save wasting peoples time

I used Thomas James to sell my sisters house,the lovely ladies in the Cotgrave office,Jessica,Sarah and Lucy were all wonderful especially as it was a bit of a nightmare,Jessica worked really hard to get it all completed and they all kept me informed throughout the process,would highly recommend them ????.
