From the outset, they were professional, attentive and very responsive - replying to all calls, messages and emails on the same day. They matched us with the perfect buyers and the sale proceeded at speed.
They answered our queries, managed all the viewings, and pointed us in the direction of all the relevant people to support our sale and removal. Nothing was too much trouble.
The sale went through smoothly leaving both sellers and buyers extremely satisfied.

I had an excellent experience working with Kaine at Thomas Merrifield during my recent house purchase. From the outset, Kaine was highly professional, responsive, and clearly committed to ensuring the transaction progressed as smoothly as possible.
What stood out most was his reliability and communication. He kept me consistently informed at every stage of the process, was quick to respond to queries, and was proactive in following up with all parties involved. This level of engagement made a significant difference in what can often be a complex and time-sensitive transaction.
Kaine demonstrated a strong understanding of the conveyancing process and coordinated effectively between solicitors, the seller, and other stakeholders. Even when delays arose outside of his control, he remained calm, pragmatic, and solution-oriented, helping to keep momentum and avoid unnecessary hold-ups.

Absolutely first class service from Graeme and his team at Thomas Merrifield. This was not an easy sale to progress, Graeme was spinning lots of plates, in a difficult chain, including keeping me up to date with information as and when I needed it. When i had questions about the process he was patient in explaining things to me. His communication via phone, voice mail and email has been first class. I would recommend Graeme Pierce and his team at Thomas Merrifield without a doubt. 100% first class service.

Excellent experience selling our home with Thomas Merrifield. Excellent communication throughout and assisting communication with solicitors and our buyers, with particular mention to Stuart who we dealt with mostly. Would use again and highly recommend.
