We were lucky enough to have Joanne selling our property for us. She's the lead negotiator at THW and it's not hard to see why. Having worked in sales, we understand first hand how difficult it is to navigate price negotiation and manage customers through a highly emotional and stressful process, but we have to say that Joanne exceeded our expectations and was incredibly talented, conscientious and perhaps most importantly, empathic throughout the process. Initially she dealt with a legthy price negotiation, managing to keep our buyers engaged and happy enough to eventually agree on a figure we could all move forward with (not an easy task!). But the real challenges came as the sale progressed, and we began to experience the stresses that come with demanding buyers. Throughout the process Joanne kept in touch, offered impartial, considered advice in order to keep the sale on track, and was incredibly patient with us as we dealt with the stress that inevitably comes with the process of moving house. We honestly believe that without Joanne's support and expertise, the sale of our property, and subsequent purchase of our new house, would have fallen through on a number of occasions, and we are forever grateful for the support and time that she gave us during such a stressful time, which definitely went above and beyond what would be expected of her job role. The whole team at THW are professional and personable, however for obvious reasons we are especially grateful to Joanne. We cant recommend this company highly enough.

Charlotte guided me through the process from viewing to get my keys with transparency and and ease. Very friendly, helpful, punctual and professional.

Eve was absolutely fantastic
We had our home up for sale previously with another agent for 8 months no communication updates or feedback
The same cannot be said for THW
The process from start to finish was so professional and every week we had phone calls updates and any worries we had were addressed
Needless to say our house sold within weeks with 2 offers and so much interest
Even though we have now sold Eve is keeping us up to date and we can’t thank the team enough
No stress and worry about the whole process
