And, the real star of the whole process was Carolyn. Carolyn and the team were absolutely brilliant throughout both my sale and purchase. They were professional, efficient and always incredibly responsive, quickly chasing up any enquiries and keeping everything moving.<br><br>What really stood out was how personal and human the whole experience felt. We recently bought our new home through Town and Country Chester and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish.<br>As we weren’t local to the area, the team went above and beyond to help us. I cannot recommend Simon highly enough as a property manager. Throughout my tenancy, he was consistently professional and incredibly responsive. The standout moment was when I discovered a leak in my radiator on a Sunday evening. I sent an email expecting a reply on Monday, but Simon called me within the hour to assess the situation. True to his word, he had a plumber at my door shortly after—all while the office was closed. If you want a landlord or manager who genuinely cares about their tenants, Simon is the one.
