Very friendly and helpful team at Town and Country. Even though we had to pull out of our purchase of a property due to survey results we still had a good experience from the team. They were proactive in helping us contact the seller at every stage. Would certainly recommend them. Thanks!

I cannot recommend Simon highly enough as a property manager. Throughout my tenancy, he was consistently professional and incredibly responsive. The standout moment was when I discovered a leak in my radiator on a Sunday evening. I sent an email expecting a reply on Monday, but Simon called me within the hour to assess the situation. True to his word, he had a plumber at my door shortly after—all while the office was closed. If you want a landlord or manager who genuinely cares about their tenants, Simon is the one.
