Disgusting estate agent. They stole part of our deposit in regards to professional cleaning job. We paid around £450 for a professional cleaning job (this was included in the contract) on the day of moving out, and they still took a large part of our deposit due to the cleaning being done before we moved out. Truepennys, feel free to deny this, because I know you will, but we will just attach another review with evidence. So I suggest you don’t even try it. But, they got part of it back to us, just under half the money! Amazing, thanks truepennys!!<br><br>Oh and by the way, Mariem and Valencia are some of the most useless, rude agents ever. In fact, she even shouted at us down the phone when we asked some simple questions.<br><br>All in all, DO NOT go with these estate agents. They are awful. Thanks :)

Terrible experience, terrible estate agent.<br><br>Stole part of our deposit on a technicality about professional cleaning. We paid ~£450 for a professional cleaning (this was stipulated in the contract) on the day of move out, yet they still took a large part of our deposit due to the cleaning being done before we moved out.<br><br>Common sense would tell you that it would be impossible to let the cleaners in after moving out. However the great minds at truepennys evidently lack this basic skill.<br><br>Maybe Mariem or Valencia could shed some light on this.... But good luck getting a reply out of either of them.<br><br>In the end, after lots of back and forth with the DPS, we were able to recover around half of the money Truepennys falsely claimed from our deposit.

I had such a positive experience with Truepennys and honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. The whole team were incredibly friendly, helpful and supportive throughout, and always made me feel like I was in safe hands. They were responsive, professional and genuinely went the extra mile to make everything as smooth and stress free as possible, anything that needed fixing it was done immediately. Thank you to everyone at Truepennys, especially Laura and Georgia-Lee!! it was truly appreciated!!! David :)

We’ve recently bought a house with Trudi and she has made the whole process as easy and pleasant as possible which is a rare thing these days! She was always been on hand to answer any questions and requests we had (and we had a lot as first time buyers!) and she really pulled it out in the last few weeks before exchange when multiple issues came up last minute. Would highly recommend her and the rest of the Truepenny’s team!
