Awful experience, agent tried to cancel last minute as I ‘hadn’t confirmed the viewing’ that we had arranged the previous day, turned up late and then didn’t have the right keys to enter the flat.

Me and my partner were looking for a flat in London, we used Truepennys to support us during the search and for the offer process for one of our favourite flats. We ended up signing a contract for another place, but the support we received from Madison and John was so good; they were easy to reach, communicative; they answere all our questions quickly and in a very helpful way. If we ever look for another place, we'll definitely reach out to them again!

Professional and very friendly service. Managed to rent out my property with them and no problems so far. Highly competitive fee structure and much fairer than I saw with other companies. Chloe, Bhav and the team managed to find a great tenant within a week of posting the ad.<br><br>Thanks guys hope it continues to go well.
