We can't thank Eva Jones at TW Gaze in Diss enough for helping us through what turned out to be a genuinely difficult purchase. The sale was delayed for months by probate issues, and dealing with the seller's accountant and solicitors was far from straightforward.<br><br>Throughout it all, Eva's persistence, communication and sheer stamina were first class. She kept chasing when things stalled, kept us properly informed at every stage, and never let the process lose momentum even when it would have been easy for things to drift. Without her, we're honestly not sure the purchase would have completed at all.<br><br>If you're buying or selling in the Diss area and want someone who will genuinely fight your corner, Eva and the team at TW Gaze come with our highest recommendation.

Completed on buying a house with TWGaze last week. Everyone i dealt with was great - the agents that showed me round were always super helpful and honest. The purchase was complicated by the unfortunately poor health of the seller - Kyrena in particular was so instrumental in helping to get the sale completed and helping me to apply pressure to my solicitor, who often seemed oblivious to the urgency of the situation. So thank you Kyrena and thank you everyone at TWGaze!

Eva was a fantastic help in us getting the purchase of my Mum’s house over the line. She was incredibly patient and diligent with all our questions and foibles and soothing worries and concerns during the process. I will also say this care followed post purchase as well when we needed some fast support on various services and questions .. she was absolutely outstanding above and beyond.
