Underhills were absolutely amazing when selling our home. We had our offer within 5 days thanks to Andy’s wonderful photos and they were so quick to respond to questions and help along the way. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough and wouldn’t use anyone else to sell our home in future.

The most horrendous experience as a buyer.
If you can avoid purchasing a property from this agent do it.
I was promised a quick purchase as I was stuck in an expensive rental with two children and a dog after my other purchase fell through.
They made it clear that a 6 week completion could be achievable, nearly 4 months later I get a call from the agent to say they didn't realise there was probate at top of chain and it would be at least 3 months and claimed they knew nothing about it even though they are the agent acting for everyone in chain.
Awful awful experience, so unprofessional every time I asked for an update they would either lie or not get their facts straight. I have lost thousands of pounds because of their intent or incompetence.
It has been a really hard year for our family just to made so much harder because of this agent which has almost pushed me and by family to breaking point.

This team were just amazing, nothing was too much bother, they not only removed an old washing machine, but plumed ours in, and went above and beyond by helping to get our fridge freezer into our new property. They did all of this with good humour. They kept us up to date throughout the process of buying, I would highly recommend them

I was moving from Buckinghamshire to Exeter and wanted a Park Home, Andy went out of his way to find me the right park home in a good location.
I have a small camper van and most parks won’t allow camper vans, but Andy found me two to choose from.
The whole process went really smoothly once I found the right place for me, the whole team were amazing in person, emails and on the phone, communication and help were top priority for them.
Even after moving in they helped with a couple of issues for me.
I would highly recommend Underhill Estate agents if you want the professional, friendly and personal touch. Thanks.
