On the whole very good selling our flat, however we had to press to get and keep a reasonable offer. Their recommended conveyancing lawyer was excellent and managed a rapid completion at competitive rates too.

Having moved house several times, I have experienced a number of estate agents, and I can honestly say that V&H Ashtead provided an excellent service from start to finish. The communication was first class, and everything was handled in a professional and efficient manner.<br><br>In particular, Clare was fantastic throughout the whole process. She was extremely helpful, approachable and always kept us informed, making what can be a stressful experience feel much easier. Her customer service was exceptional and really made a difference.<br><br>I would have no hesitation in recommending V&H Ashtead to anyone looking to sell their property. A genuinely professional and friendly team who went above and beyond to provide a great service.

As a first time buyer it’s a bit of a daunting experience, but Clare made it such a smooth and easy experience! Her knowledge of the area and the properties we viewed was 10/10 and she answered all of my questions I had. She was very polite and professional and put me at such ease. Can’t recommend her enough ??????????

I cannot say enough about V&H Homes and specifically Maria at the Ashtead Branch. While they are a smaller independent agent, they will absolutely give you the personalized service that an independent can provide. Give those big estate agents in Surrey a miss, take your business to V&H.
The communication throughout the process was exemplary, the dedication to getting the sale was second to none. We had tried to sell previously with the usual suspects in Surrey and none of them could get the sale and it seemed hopeless, V&H got it done in 10 days!
There were many times in our sale where things got rocky and Maria went well over and above day in and day out to ensure that everything went through. I truly believe that if we had went with another big establishment high street agent that our sale would not have happened.
While Maria was absolutely amazing, we also had interactions with the other associates at Ashtead V&H Homes. When Maria was out of office our file was well looked after, the service didn’t slip at all which is very rare in a sales situation.
As I said at the beginning of this review, I really can’t say enough about Maria and V&H. These days reviews are either 5* or 1* and it’s getting more and more difficult to sift through them to make a decision. This is 100% a genuine 5* review. Were there issues in the sales process, of course there were, we were selling a house. But it wasn’t about the issues, it was about how they were handled, the speed at which they were handled, and the fact that when something came up we were never left to worry, V&H were always just a phone call or e-mail away.
Thank you so much Maria and V&H Homes for the personalized service and all the time and effort that you spent on our file. We absolutely owe our sale and the fact that we are snugly in our new home all to you!
