Maria at V&H has been fantastic for us from the very first meeting. Maria came to our home and helped us with a valuation before putting our property on the market, and then had it sold within a week. We were also looked after by Dawn at times and this is where we felt communication was not as good as it could have been. There were mixed messages sent to both us and our buyers which was very frustrating and the professionalism dropped off here. Maria has since taken over looking after us again and things have improved dramatically. As well as selling our property, we are also buying a new home via V&H and this js again being managed by Maria. Very happy with the service overall, thank you Maria!

We recently sold and bought in Ashtead through V&H. They were very professional and helped us get exactly what we wanted!

I cannot say enough about V&H Homes and specifically Maria at the Ashtead Branch. While they are a smaller independent agent, they will absolutely give you the personalized service that an independent can provide. Give those big estate agents in Surrey a miss, take your business to V&H.
The communication throughout the process was exemplary, the dedication to getting the sale was second to none. We had tried to sell previously with the usual suspects in Surrey and none of them could get the sale and it seemed hopeless, V&H got it done in 10 days!
There were many times in our sale where things got rocky and Maria went well over and above day in and day out to ensure that everything went through. I truly believe that if we had went with another big establishment high street agent that our sale would not have happened.
While Maria was absolutely amazing, we also had interactions with the other associates at Ashtead V&H Homes. When Maria was out of office our file was well looked after, the service didn’t slip at all which is very rare in a sales situation.
As I said at the beginning of this review, I really can’t say enough about Maria and V&H. These days reviews are either 5* or 1* and it’s getting more and more difficult to sift through them to make a decision. This is 100% a genuine 5* review. Were there issues in the sales process, of course there were, we were selling a house. But it wasn’t about the issues, it was about how they were handled, the speed at which they were handled, and the fact that when something came up we were never left to worry, V&H were always just a phone call or e-mail away.
Thank you so much Maria and V&H Homes for the personalized service and all the time and effort that you spent on our file. We absolutely owe our sale and the fact that we are snugly in our new home all to you!
