Great service from the team at BFL. VIewings started as soon as my property went on line and they quickly found a buyer. Even when the chain collapsed they found a new buyer within days and that sale went through to completion. I have to make a special thanks to Amy in the progression team. Throughout the whole process, she kept me informed and was quick to chase up any delays or queries with other estate agents or solicitors. Great service and very reassuring when you feel things aren't going as quickly as you hoped.

We recently bought our house through Bradshaw, Farnham and Lea. We have nothing but positive things to say about the whole team. Everyone is extremely helpful, polite and seemed to genuinely care about our purchase.<br>Special mentions for Jules, Gethin and Charlotte! They went above and beyond in many situations to help get us answers when our solicitors were not prioritising our case, and everything on moving day went extremely smoothly.<br>Thank you to everyone for helping us with our move, and we would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a great estate agent.

The team at the Heswall office have impressed us with the level of communication, proactive sales push and a significant increase in level of viewings since we appointed them. This has resulted in an offer and hopefully a sale completion within 6 months of them taking the property on. Well done to all the team.

Very impressed with this company, I'd had house up for around 6 months with tatlers and got only a handful of viewings 1st day with Bradshaw Farnham lea they got two viewers and the 1st one bought the house<br>Felt like a very professional company cant recommend them enough
