The reason is honestly, I was pressured by Debbie Bolderson the lady who deals with the sale, so much to allow my buyers to enter my property after exchange. This is just not viable and not ?????? legal.
I initially said yes as I was stressed myself and didn’t want to lose the sale. However my conveyor and all my friends were saying No, it’s not right till they paid for house.
Just a stressful situation that could have been avoided.

I recently sought advice regarding my property because I was thinking of selling. I dealt with Emma. She was very helpful and well informed, she really went above and beyond.
