Recently sold our house in Aigburth and Venmores did everything they said they would from start to finish. Joe provided excellent advice on our initial valuation and presented the property perfectly. The sales team organised viewings even before we went on the market and always provided feedback promptly and were always available to us. We had a difficult chain but they post sales team were always so supportive and proactive by giving us advice and chasing the sale through. Thanks for all your help, highly recommended!

Thank you to everyone at BFL!
My house move from start to finish was drawn out, and very stressful, but BFL made it easier throughout! From me making the wrong decision and going with another estate agent, to coming back to BFL, to the date of completion, BFL were proactive, organised and communicative.
I truly believe everything would have fell through, if not for their incredible and hard work. My only regret is not choosing them sooner. They went above and beyond the entire time, such as chasing other solicitors in the chain, and having to deal with my not so nice neighbours calling them. They handled everything professionally and efficiently.
I will be forever grateful!

The whole team have been really lovely and supportive during the sale of my Dads house following his passing. Ben and the team at Prenton were really efficient in getting the house listed and arranging viewings and we had an offer within a few days on the market. Amy and the team in the aftersales team were amazing and kept us informed and the whole process felt simple during an emotional time. Thanks to all for your help.
