I would like to thank Toby at Vickery Estate Agents in Lightwater for all his help getting the sale of my rental property over the line. We had our challenges with the sale however he was always chasing on my behalf and keeping me in the loop with any updates. A very different experience compared to other estate agents I've used in the past! Vickery acted as managing agents when my father bought a buy to let flat several years ago and continued in that role after his death until the flat was sold this year. They were efficient, responsive and helpful throughout.

Really great bunch of people, always ready to help and nothing is too much trouble. Mini Mouse and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
Jordan needs a pat on the back for helping to expedite things when an intervention was required before waiting for us to ask for his help. Great service all round.

Vickeries professionally handled our potentially awkward sale & kept us updated at least once a week. I used to be an agent & have rarely found this competence, choose a cheap agent & frequently the service will be mediocre. The transaction completed @ 930 & the money was deposited into our account within minutes. After exchange of contracts I phoned the staff that helped us as we could not have been more delighted.

Unfortunately Vickery were unable to sell our property, despite us agreeing to significantly drop the price compared to their original valuation. The team were professional and polite without feeling like they really pushed to sell our property.
