Cannot thank Sarah enough for all of her help. It was a stressful 3 days trying to find the right property to apply for and the housing company had back to back issues when we were trying to apply however Sarah kept us updated frequently. She would get back to our calls within a couple of hours and was going out of her way to get us in contact with the right people. Any time we were having difficulty we could contact Sarah and she would sort it straight away. Both myself and partner were very disappointed with the experience we had with this company. Not a single person in the lettings team seemed to know anything about the property we rented from the first viewing of the house we were told false information about what was included with the property and what wasn’t. And as we chose to leave the property one month earlier than originally intended we were then charged £640 for a “advertisement fee” (which was a repost on right move with the same pictures from the previous advert) which we were unhappy with but paid as we were leaving earlier than intended. And now it has been 3 plus weeks since we left and we still have had no sign of our deposit and again every time we call for an update we are told there is none. Overall we are unhappy with the entire experience... Read more
