False promises, complete disregard to health and safety. Put me and my family through hell for 6 months. No communication, no help, no support. Just take your money. Rented us a property with sockets hanging off the wall, incorrect electrical tests. Hazards and mess all around the house and garden. Cost hundreds to put right out of our own pockets to move in and plenty off stress and annoyance during our tenancy. No help during tenancy. Multiple better estate agents around.

My property has been under the fine stewardship of Walton & Hipkiss Lettings for a few years now. The team has always been both professional and warm and their service is second to none. I’m pleased with how everything is going and I couldn’t recommend them enough to any landlords looking for a reliable management company.

After renting through Walton and Hipkiss for iver 4 years, I can say that issues raised were not dealt with even after being highlighted on the annual property inspection and agreed with by the viewing agent. Always sided with the landlord. "if it didn't work when you moved in the landlord doesn't have to fix it" was repeatedly used.... Unfortunately when you move in you don't know that various sockets dont work, non of the aerial points work, alarm system doesn't work etc etc. No assistance at all from them in finding a new property to rent after being given notice by the landlord because he wanted to sell it. I even offered to purchase it from the landlord saving him money in advertising it etc but was told no, only for it to go on sale weeks later for a price that I would have paid.... But they would not have got their commission that way. I received more help from their sales team, that I do rate 5 stars, but unfortunately their letting agents fall short.
