Isobel from Waterfords Yateley has been absolutely amazing! We are first time buyers and we fell in love with a home in the area, of which Izzy was showing and from the get go she was brilliant. She made the process feel so easy and has been so attentive throughout. We had a really smooth experience overall and Izzy definitely helped keep us calm, answered all our questions (however silly they were), always kept us updated with the movements of the sale as well as being a really pleasant person to work with. Highly recommend!

I would avoid these estate agents. Their customer service is fine, but unfortunately they work with misleading developers. Likely, you will end up losing money on your property and with a lot of unnecessary stress if you use them for a new build. We bought a new build through them about 3 years ago. To this date, the developer they have been representing has not finished our road, landscaping, or snagging. And this is after chasers and legal action. This has already been addressed with Waterfords at the time, so they are well aware, and we understand that it is not their responsibility to fulfil the developer's duties. However, what I did not expect is that whilst they well know that the said developer (Downton Homes) misleads buyers, Waterfords will continue advertising and selling their properties (having just sold a full new development for them in Ewshot). I guess money talks! But also says a lot about the ethics of this organisation called Waterfords. I would not deal with a business with such ethics, let alone use them to purchase a new build, and moreso if it is produced by Downton Homes.

I found Chris extremely pleasant to deal with.Down to earth .Came on time
very helpful with lots of questions answered to put my mind at rest.I think they are an honest firm & don’t quote over the top but a fair & realistic price to take to market.I would highly recommend Waterfords.
