As an ‘accidental landlord’ I was clueless about the process involved. I initially booked the valuation with Debbie and she was quick to put me at ease, she was professional, clear and honest. The whole team were so friendly. Both her and Joe worked amazingly together to ensure a suitable strategy was chosen with regard to marketing and pricing. Feedback was swift, positive and constructive, Clara and Ava never failed to update me and were always happy to chat through my silly questions.
Due to several prospective tenants Debbie gave me impartial advice which enabled me to pick a fabulous tenant. Overall great communication, great service and great team work.

Efficient and friendly team; I am looking to move from Southsea to the Island, and they have been very helpful! Jacob showed me a property that was on budget, and also very useful with regards to advice on public transport and areas that may be problematic for a non driver. Hopefully I will find my dream home!
