I liked their enthusiasm and keeness
I attended a lot of the viewings and valued the feedback I got but its worth mentioning some people arent a good fit for your property and its important to keep your faith in attracting the right buyer

I really can't praise the service I have received from the team at West Wales Properties highly enough.
From the great first impression at our initial meeting with James, the exceptional and very clever marketing by Emma, support with viewings (which started as soon as our property was listed) from Lauren and the absolutely outstanding support (and sometimes therapy!) from Amy and Lara in getting us to the point of exchanging.
The communication and commitment related to our sale has been second to none - To the point where I am left wondering who I will have regular chats with now, if it's not one of the catch up's with Amy I've become accustomed to?!
I would not have a single hesitation in recommending this brilliant team to anyone thinking of listing or looking for a property.
Thank you all again, for going above and beyond - You have definitely got a future returning client in me.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience.<br>When we instructed this agency, we were assured that the office was well staffed and that they would conduct viewings on our behalf. However, on every single occasion a viewing was arranged, we were told they were unable to attend and we had to carry them out ourselves. This happened repeatedly, despite clear assurances at the outset that viewings would be handled by the agency.<br>There were also multiple occasions where calls rang out in the “well staffed” office. This was particularly concerning as it potentially impacted prospective buyers trying to make contact and created an impression of poor availability.<br>Throughout the sale process, communication was extremely disappointing. Numerous emails and phone calls at critical stages went unanswered, which caused unnecessary stress during what was already a complex transaction.<br>What has been most frustrating is the continued lack of acknowledgement of these failings, even after a formal complaint was raised. Rather than addressing the service concerns constructively, the focus appeared to move straight to enforcing payment terms.<br>Property transactions are stressful enough without added communication issues. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their service.

I recently purchased a flat with West Wales Properties and even though the process took longer than expected, the agents kept me constantly updated. Lauren Lloyd-Evans was the actual agent guiding me through, she was helpful, informative and calm. When I called into the office, they were friendly and welcoming. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

From start of our house going onto the market to when we had offers and an offer that we accepted West Wales Properties were there for us all the way.
A credit to the team and especially to our Agent Aisleen Fagan who was exceptionally helpful from the start.

Wasn’t impressed with the photos or marketing blurb. Other agencies valued the property lower. I went with WWP as the highest valuation as they seemed confident they could achieve that price. With hindsight it was definitely over valued.
