Everything was very clear from the beginning so, we knew what to expect, they were flexible and extremely helpful and accommodating.<br><br>Special shout out to Jack who photographed the property and had it online the same day and Sam who accompanied us on viewings. Both really professional and helpful.<br><br>Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend West Coast Properties for their helpful and communicative approach with my property search. I would especially like to highlight the outstanding service provided by Gemma Harasim at the Patchway branch for her friendly guidance and helpful approach to me as a first time buyer. Have had very good service from personnel at Patchway office, in particular the very friendly and efficient from Gemma Harass. She knew the area well and managed to answer all our questions regarding the property.
This made the purchase of the house stress free and can thoroughly recommend.

We changed from another local estate agents to Westcoast and certainly haven’t been disappointed. Gavin who came and took all the photos was very professional as were Sam and, Jack. Sam did all the negotiation in our recent sale after hours on a Friday evening, which was above and beyond.
We were kept up to date every month with regular phone calls and emails.
I would definitely recommend Westcoast.
