We needed a valuation for probate, and West Coast properties seems very popular so we chose to ask them to do this for us. Our contact was Jack and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the properties in our area, they have also sold many locally. We had to reschedule at first but Jack was really helpful and accommodating with another appointment.
Jack attended promptly at the time agreed, had a good look around at everything, explained to me how the valuation was worked out and gave me information to have a look at regarding this. The valuation letter was emailed very quickly within an hour, we are really happy with the valuation and the service we have received from Jack and West Coast properties. Would definitely use again if and when needed, and would highly recommend.

Thank you to the team at Westcoast who ensured we were always kept in the loop at every stage and went out their way to accommodate our viewings. We had a very long wait in between sstc and completion and they made it as stress free as possible. All of the team were fantastic, I couldn’t fault anything the whole way through!
We are extremely happy in our new property and are very grateful to Westcoast Nailsea!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Megan Phillips Assistant Manager for Weston super mare Branch.From start to finish, the experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. Communication has been almost non-existent multiple emails have been ignored, leaving me chasing for basic updates with no response.
To make matters worse, I was threatened with deductions from my deposit for “wear and tear,” which is completely unreasonable and not something a tenant should be held accountable for. Also I have asked for evidence,invoices or photos that justify the deduction from my deposit but I’ve been ignored.Instead of handling the situation fairly and professionally, I felt pressured and misled.
Also she called this as a compensation for the landlord for the work he carried out which was no work done.The property was cleaned professionally,it was better then before,they just tried to sue me.
It has now been 16 days since I vacated the property, and I have still not received my deposit back. This delay, combined with the lack of communication and questionable claims, shows a serious lack of professionalism and respect.
Overall, this has been a very stressful experience. I would strongly advise others to be cautious, as the service I received fell far below acceptable standards.

We chose Westcoast Properties Burnham-on-Sea to sell our home and were really pleased with the service. The team were knowledgeable about the local market, kept us updated regularly and were always available when needed.
A special mention to Jack, who was tenacious throughout and kept us informed at all times. We really appreciated his proactiveness in keeping things moving and ensuring the sale stayed on track, which helped reduce a lot of the usual stress.
We would definitely use them again and would happily recommend them to others.
