Really disappointing experience. Some of the viewers they sent were a total waste of time - clearly not interested in a property like ours. Communication was non existent unless we got in touch first. That includes when we were clearly not going to make the initial date for exchange.
Only thing they managed to do without us telling them to was putting their final bill into our solicitor.
