Im so pleased to get the opportunity to give a review as me and my partner were most thrilled with williams estates ,we recently came over to Wales branch for a 4 day visit as we plan to move there from stoke on trent, we had a total of 20 houses to view (11 of which were with williams estates) the staff were so helpful in getting our appointments in an order to make viewings easier,and the viewing staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful, and we have now had an offer accepted on one of your sales,thankyou

Terrible. There was no communication unless I Initiated it and obviously no interest in even trying to sell our house. At 9 months pregnant this was very stressful
