Absolutely fantastic service — everything was handled on time, with incredible support throughout the entire process. I wholeheartedly recommend this agency.<br><br>I would especially like to thank Danielle Stott from the Skegness branch, who, in my opinion, truly deserves special recognition for her exceptional dedication, professionalism, and commitment to her work.<br><br>I recently purchased a house, and Danielle provided me with an outstanding level of support from beginning to end. She was always there to answer my questions and explain every detail clearly, even helping me with information regarding utility bills after the purchase. The number of emails, the excellent communication, the constant flow of information, and the precision with which she handled everything were truly impressive and deserve recognition.<br><br>I would also like to mention that I was probably not the easiest client, as I had previous experiences with other agencies that made me more cautious and meant that I needed additional explanations and reassurance. Despite this, Danielle was incredibly patient and took the time to make sure I fully understood every stage of the process. I have never experienced this level of care and attention from any other agency.<br><br>What impressed me even more was that Danielle’s support did not end once the purchase was completed. Even after completion, she continued to provide helpful information and assistance whenever I needed it.<br><br>This is an agency you can genuinely trust, with an employee who truly deserves to be recognised for going above and beyond for her clients. Brilliant experience buying through Willsons. Both Danielle and Zoe were very efficient always responding promptly to messages or emails. We were kept regularly updated throughout the whole process which we really appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agency in the local area.
