Our experience as a buyer Willsons and in particular Alice was poor and unprofessional.
Viewing a property the agent was not engaging at all, we felt like she didn’t particularly want to be there, her knowledge of the property was poor, every question we asked she didn’t know the answer and she followed around watching us like a hawk, which is slightly unnerving and we couldn’t relax.
Communication was none existent to say the least. ????????????
