As we were not local to the area, Woodlands - Redhill were extremely helpful in the probate sale we instructed them on. They arranged for the house clearance and kept us up to date on viewings and offers. Their knowledge of the area and how they thought the property would fair on the market was spot on. The property was placed on the market and within 2 weeks best offers were made and one accepted. Excellent work Woodlands - Redhill. They should have offices across the country.

Very pleasant introduction by the branch manager, explaining the selling process, current market and valuation - an interesting dialogue giving an honest, information-led opinion, backed up by facts.
He made you feel 'comfortable', and in safe hands.

Dealing with Woodlands has been hassle free. They have a personal touch which I find is the main difference between the other local agents. Accomodated to our needs with options presented clearly and honestly. No pushy sales techniques.
