10th Oct 2023 (2 years ago)From a landmark buildings perspective of East Grinstead this is one of the outstanding gems of architectural heritage. A simply beautiful building. I've often looked at the wonderful construction. And wondered its history. I used to do dowsing as a hobby years ago and marvelled at the apparent fact of all the underground catacombs and tunnels - of which there are many - seem for some reason to make for under this impressive old building.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

24th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)Similar to another review reference letting a property, they were only interested in getting their money. They allowed our tenants to leave early and refused to cover any shortfall due to their “miscommunication”. Tried to bring my family members private affairs into the situation as a way of blackmail. I am currently perusing lost earnings and blackmail complaints through the property ombudsman. Shocking.
9th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)We had to contact them several times for feed back and information, having to go into the branch a few times. They appeared to put the property on Rightmove and sit back and wait.
11th Oct 2025 (23 weeks ago)I couldn’t recommend Burnetts more. The staff are so helpful and have such a warmth about them they make the whole process smooth and stress free. Ali in particular was amazing at liaising with both sides and moving everything along.

They always give 100% when transforming and styling spaces and take time to adjust minute details to allow properties to look their best. On top of that they have great personalities and look after those working with them and their customers. I just received a lovely card thanking me for working with them this year, an unexpected touch of kindness.
