They moved quickly to get the photos live which helped generate viewings, and they kept me in the loop consistently with updates on feedback, interest levels, and next steps. What stood out most was how proactive they were — they didn’t just “list it and hope,” they actually drove things forward. I’d happily recommend them.

It was a pleasure being supported by Matt on, at times, a daily basis and his calm, pragmatic approach made a huge difference in some stressful times. They also went above and beyond on a particular matter which impressed us hugely and demonstrated that it's not just about the bottom line. We will be returning to Fine & Country when we're next selling again (hopefully not for 10+ years though!).

Great attention was taken to the photos and listing. All the agents who would show the house came round in advance to get a feel for the place. Tough market and BM delivered. Grade II* listed house with lots of quirks sold and very happy in new home.

Your Move Brighton delivered the same high standards that I had become used to. Dominique and Joshua let the property quickly and efficiently with consistent and timely communication. From our first meeting, it was clear they were knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely committed to achieving the best outcome for us. They provided a realistic and well-informed valuation, backed up by strong local market knowledge, and gave us excellent advice throughout. What really stood out was their property knowledge and communication being kept informed at every stage, with regular updates and prompt responses. The whole process has been well-managed, thanks to their dedication and expertise, we were able to secure a great sale in good time. 10th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)Extremely poor experience as block management . Basic management tasks were not carried out, instructions were repeatedly ignored, and financial records were inconsistent. Communication was defensive, aggressive rather than constructive when issues were raised, and the firm resigned abruptly without a proper handover instead of rectifying the issues, The service fell well below the standard expected of a professional managing agent … well obviously they are not professional! Not recommended , stay well away from !!
7th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)we were looking for a surveyor for the home we wanted to buy and contacted alot came across charles wycherley estatre agents who also do surveyers reports.well what can i say excellent service and a lovely man who was very knowledgable of the area.a kind man who took the time to go through our report if you need a surveyor or buy or sell your home charles is the person to go through .when i sell my home at some point i will go to charles 5 stars

I can't thank Ben and Barbara enough for the chats and laughter along the way, I mainly dealt with Ben who has an been pleasant and professional all the way. A few teething issues at first, but they were dealt with quickly. Even though this is not my first move, it was the first time on my own...I will most definitely use Peter Oliver if I move again.. A big thank you to the uckfield branch of Peter Oliver.

Robin and Jo in particular were excellent and we really appreciate their unstinting efforts to see us through to completion of our sale.
