7th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)They have been generally good to deal with and have been efficient. Where there have been minor errors and changes to sort out, these have been dealt with promptly. I have had the complication of being in Hertfordshire selling my sister's property in Brighton. This has been handled well so far .

Ollie valued our home and gave great insight into the current market and made us feel confident Rowland Gorringe was the right estate agents for us. Harry worked really hard to get good viewings, have really useful feedback and was responsive when we had questions. We couldn't have been happier with the service they provided as well as the wider team, including Megan and Rupert. Thanks again and I would highly recommend this estate agents for both selling and buying

Every time we thought it was over another hurdle reared its ugly head and they went that extra mile to smooth the matters out. Toby was excellent with the mortgage advice and I would highly recommend him. Also Arif was on board with fantastic communication when I spoke with him several times. I can highly recommend all the staff at Connells in Burgess Hill
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Mark Revill and Co were excellent throughout the entire process. The initial assessment and suggested pricing were realistic and the marketing materials very good. We particularly liked the personal approach adopted by Richard and his sales team. We were kept informed throughout the sales process.<br>Once we had accepted an offer was when the ongoing support came into its own. Theresa did an excellent job keeping us and everyone in the chain informed and up to date. She was a godsend.<br>This really was an end to end service and I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Ross was absolutely amazing and really gave us so much faith and hope about listing with another estate agent and how the process would be smooth. Erin and Lily-Mae were great with viewings and with contact throughout.<br>They were so friendly, patient and reassuring..<br>and Stuart was great with the offer process. Thank you so much for helping us to move, we really appreciate all the help you gave along the way.
10th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)Extremely poor experience as block management . Basic management tasks were not carried out, instructions were repeatedly ignored, and financial records were inconsistent. Communication was defensive, aggressive rather than constructive when issues were raised, and the firm resigned abruptly without a proper handover instead of rectifying the issues, The service fell well below the standard expected of a professional managing agent … well obviously they are not professional! Not recommended , stay well away from !!
7th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)we were looking for a surveyor for the home we wanted to buy and contacted alot came across charles wycherley estatre agents who also do surveyers reports.well what can i say excellent service and a lovely man who was very knowledgable of the area.a kind man who took the time to go through our report if you need a surveyor or buy or sell your home charles is the person to go through .when i sell my home at some point i will go to charles 5 stars
14th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Cubitt & West recently sold my late father's, and our lifelong family, home, in Kingston, near Lewes. I can not praise them highly enough for their proactivity, advice, enduring patience as my siblings have little or no experience of selling property, their professionalism and friendliness. Max, Sophie and Fred were all so lovely and approachable. In particular we struck up a very amusing banter with Fred Thorne over our shared love of animals, especially about our chubby cat. Fred was particularly proactive in selling our house and I just want to thank him especially for helping to make the heartbreaking decision to have to sell our family home so much more easy and bearable. Well done to all at the Lewes Branch but special thanks go to Fred for supporting us and providing the humour in such a stressful situation.

I had been looking for over 3 years for the right property in Lewes and having met and had dealings with most of the other local Estate Agents I can say that my relationship with Lewes Estates was one of the best. They were always friendly, pro-active and professional in dealing with my enquiries and kept me fully updated throughout the process.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

They always give 100% when transforming and styling spaces and take time to adjust minute details to allow properties to look their best. On top of that they have great personalities and look after those working with them and their customers. I just received a lovely card thanking me for working with them this year, an unexpected touch of kindness.
8th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)I have an enormous amount of gratitude as well as respect and admiration for how Nick succeeded with the most difficult buyers to reach exchange yesterday. Having sold properties both in France and Ireland and an exchange in the UK yesterday it was clear from the start that Nick had the sellers interest at heart unlike previous agents internationally who were putting the buyer first. That said Nick brought a wealth of knowledge to many problems another agent had not the skill set to solve. Nick was at all times on the ball in a professional capacity with super communication and succeeded on exchange for me yesterday. I cannot thank him personally enough and rate him or his firm more highly. Thank you Noble Estates.

Don’t expect classy offices with huge windows stuffed with classy homes for sale, but when you open the door, those staff are really classy. They know their stuff, their marketing attracts viewers, they follow up with excellent communication, they solve problems that buyers may have, and most important of all, they get offers that are acceptable but they don’t stop there. They undertake due diligence to make sure they get the best deal possible for the vendor.Dee and David were an excellent team - hard working, professional, great negotiators, and really lovelh people to work with. But they don’t stop work when the offer is accepted, contracts exchanged, and they are still supportive on completion. Whoops, buyer wants to bring completion forward by a few months just after I moved.Help Dee, who can clean my house and remove the picture hooks? No problam for Dee. She harnassed a team and I left a sparki g house for the buyers!!
