Everyone at Goadsbys has been so professional, so helpful and so friendly and reassuring. The whole team has acted wisely throughout all the negotiations and guided us through some rough patches. We have been in good and safe hands throughout the marketing and the sale itself and we are delighted to be able to successfully move near our daughter early in the New Year. We could not have been more pleased with the service Goadsbys has given us and we highly recommend them. Slighter higher commission than a lot of local companies but worth it for the attention and care.
4th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)Made an appointment a month ago for a house valuation. Day before the appointment received a call cancelling said appointment in order to save petrol. Not impressed at all. Even if they want to do a valuation now my answer would be NO
25th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Viewed properties on Markham and Curtis Fields. Mark was so patient, approachable, polite and professional during our viewings. Highly recommend the agency and also the beautiful homes. Bigger than your average new builds.

17th Jul 2025 (8 mo. ago)Contacted Ware to enquire about a purchase. The first point of contact we spoke to couldn’t answer anything about the business we were enquiring about. Signposted us to Jasper who would apparently contact us to answer and discuss questions ( never heard back from him! ).

But without using Agent Local i would have had a melt down, it’s been that emotional. 10/10 service and really glad I didn’t try sell it myself because my goodness the stress I’ve been through has been a rollercoaster and doing that alone would have been impossible for me.
