- 23rd Apr 2026 (16 days ago)When we accepted an offer to sell our old house, we suddenly found ourselves needing to find somewhere to move pretty quickly, and we were lucky to find our current property which was being marketed by DOMVS. When we viewed the property they explained that the situation with the sellers was somewhat unusual, but they helped us navigate through that challenge and we were still able to have our offer accepted, finally moving in once all of the pieces were in place legally, etc. We found their support and communication in between having the offer accepted and actually moving in to be excellent. Many thanks to you all!

Josh in particular was amazing from start to finish of the buying process getting involved in every detail to make sure that we had covered all bases. It is so refreshing to deal with a team that really know what they are doing and go over the top to give you the best experience possible. Even when it came down to solicitor issues, Josh was the first to put his hand up and track down the issues and solve them immediately. I know I can trust such an amazing team and will definitely pass over additional opportunities to Tailor Made in the future as when dealing with so many customer issues across many vertical sectors, Tailor Made have very much stuck to the basic and right principles of putting the client first and making the whole experience a professional and uplifting one. Harriet was superb in her dealings with us.- 9th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)Had a valuation today from Paul Barron of Connells Weymouth…… I was very impressed. He arrived on time, was impeccably dressed and polite and also asked if it was ok and then removed his footwear as he entered my property…. What a gent ! He had obviously been working hard since I booked the appointment. I thought he would just turn up , look around and give a market “ guestemate ” !!!! He produced a dossier of other properties that were recently on the market, similar to mine and of what value they were on for and on what the initial selling price was and time periods of sale. So I could get a guide of the current market situation. He explained what Connells was all about and also future costs if I decided to go ahead with them , and put my property on the actual market. There was no pushyness, no sales pitch, just straight honest information, making me feel at ease in what can be a daunting situation. If you can’t decide what estate agent to choose, as there are quite a few in Weymouth. I would definitely suggest you give Connells a try. In my opinion 100% professional. Pleasure to meet you Paul. - 4th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)When considering the sale of our cottage we looked online for information and found GetAgent a useful resource for planning a sale and comparing Estate Agents. As a result we invited three firms to visit us and when we met Caroline, the Beaminster branch manager, from Symonds and Sampson, it really was no contest. Her focus was entirely on what we wanted and she went to some lengths determining that, including advice on buying our next home. Once we were on the market with Symonds and Sampson the contacts with the office, mainly by phone and email were excellent. Although it was a short “chain” the sale wasn’t straightforward and the attention paid to us and the efforts to deal with any issues arising were very good, especially from Caroline. In fact we commented that even had our property been worth considerably more we could not have asked for any better service. We have no hesitation in recommending the team at Symonds and Sampson, Beaminster.

The way he promoted our beloved family home with aerial views via drones, and show cased the photos and video really promoted it was amazing, which brought in viewings and finally someone viewed my home three times and an offer was made and we sold it, in the meantime the property I wanted was still for sale, offer went in and today we sit in our new home having moved 24/04/26. Well done Nick it is something to be proud of.
