They listen to what you ask for, they give accurate valuations of your property, and they take great care and attention over how they market your property. David has now become a trusted advisor and we will go back to TPP if we were to ever sell again. Have recommended them to many friends and family.

The house was eventually sold - the delay being mainly due to a purchase which fell through and they certainly earned their commission.- 15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Despite having our lovely mid-Devon country property on the market at a difficult time, in terms of over-supply and wide ranging financial concerns, Tom Folland, a Director at Strutt and Parker, has done a brilliant job for us dealing with a difficult and protracted sale, including a sometimes unstable chain. It has been so good to have an agent who has communicated with us all the way through the process, keeping us in the loop with everything we needed to know about. Tom has stayed calm and professional even when the process was driving us a little crazy because it felt so precarious and uncertain. Tom has been patient, kind and considerate, and we couldn’t recommend Strutt and Parker more highly for achieving a good sale - a terrific result especially in such a slow and uncertain market.
4th Oct 2021 (5 years ago)Made an appointment a month ago for a house valuation. Day before the appointment received a call cancelling said appointment in order to save petrol. Not impressed at all. Even if they want to do a valuation now my answer would be NO

6th Jun 2026 (20 weeks ago)In a calming market, Tom, Jenny and team managed to secure a number of viewings. An excellent offer was secured for my mother's property. The delay in completion was due to a lengthy land registry issue thatvrequired sorting with the deeds. Throughout the process, Jennie and Laura kept me informed of progress. They managed to smooth the waters between solicitors, even though at times the legal process was quite draining, stressful and draining. Many tha ks go Jennie for your patience with me and to Tom for charging upnthe security camera on the outside of the property from time to time. A selling fee well deserved. Well done, team!

The thing about selling property in a small village is that the team you work with, needs to know the people buying. Tina and her team invest in relationships with people and they are local. Everyone knows them. They are trusted and this is vital. In a difficult market Tina managed to secure a buyer within a few weeks. We completed within 5 months. This is exceptional at a time when properties are sitting around unsold for months on end. We cannot recommend Kennedys highly enough. Go local! Thank you Tina, Lesley and Christy.

Daniel Magee was our first point of contact, and he was extremely helpful, and very professional from the start. There was excellent communication with the whole team. They were all very friendly and attentive, and we felt well supported throughout the process. Thanks for all your hard work, but special thanks have to go to Daniel for getting us over the final hurdle and securing our sale.
