They listen to what you ask for, they give accurate valuations of your property, and they take great care and attention over how they market your property. David has now become a trusted advisor and we will go back to TPP if we were to ever sell again. Have recommended them to many friends and family.
19th Aug 2015 (10 years ago)Very good,Helped me let out my my late mothers cottage for a year to help pay the tax and duties etc. Found lovely tenants and looked after the property for me as I live three hours away. Would recommend them. Hannah has been wonderful.

I'm afraid we have to confess we were not the easiest prospects to deal with but thanks to Beth we got there in the end! Thanks also for the welcome card and bottle of bubbly. We also used a company called D C Law in regards to the legal conveyancing which made the sale of our property run smoothly this was recommended to us by Fox and Sons. Five star service from all concerned.

23rd Apr 2026 (16 days ago)Chris and Emma at Savills Exeter have been great to deal with during our recent home relocation. They were professional, effective, reliable, clear, straight forward and efficient in everything they did but they were also friendly, thoughtful, responsive and really easy to work with. They were great at listening and understanding our situation as it evolved and changed and always ready to help with answers and suggestions when needed. Moving home can be a roller coaster of ups and downs but working with Chris and Emma and knowing we could rely on them to helpful and straight forward was a massive help and I am happy to be able to thoroughly recommend their services.- 11th Apr 2026 (28 days ago)We bought our Cottage through Savills, Emma was very helpful and friendly with our viewings and negotiations. 4th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)Made an appointment a month ago for a house valuation. Day before the appointment received a call cancelling said appointment in order to save petrol. Not impressed at all. Even if they want to do a valuation now my answer would be NO

15th Nov 2025 (25 weeks ago)They got the value wrong. They valued it higher than it should have been which could have resulted in lost sales. Their communication was good, but didn't always come back to me with answers to my queries. Their description of property lacked "punch".

7th Jan 2026 (17 weeks ago)After meeting several estate agents and getting valuations from all them, we were immediately impressed by Knight Franks professional and friendly approach plus their positive response to our property. Although we waited quite a long time to decide to proceed, Knight Frank were understanding, realistic, efficient and professional throughout. They prepared marketing materials, gave clear information about pricing, targeted appropriate clients for our property throughout a very difficult time. Florence Biss was our main contact and we cannot rate her highly enough, great communication, positive throughout and always responsive to our concerns. We ultimately achieved a positive outcome to a very complicated sale of house, land and outbuildings which I am not sure we would have achieved with some of the other companies. I am happy to recommend Knight Frank

No real communication, with us contacting to bring them up to date, and asking for more interaction from them. Their bill went in on exchange day, but no contact to us - no thanks, card, Champagne. Go for purple bricks, not used but cheaper!

From valuation, accompanied viewing and feedback, nothing was too much trouble, which culminated in a successful sale, keeping me informed at every stage of the process. I have no hesitation in recommending them as a provider of a highly professional service.

6th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)Rosie Marlow is everything you should expect from an estate agent ,sadly experience has been very poor. Rosie is very proactive ,knowledgeable,enthusiastic and has made the process of selling our apartment relatively stress free upto now.
