15th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)They got the value wrong. They valued it higher than it should have been which could have resulted in lost sales. 5th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Best rental agents in this agency. Specially, Jack and Jamie, they are prompt, courteous and professional. They handled all the moving in and moving out formalities seamlessly and ensured the process was hassel free for me.

9th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)After 10 days I changed estate agents as was not happy with Nest. They have no office they only advertise on Rightmove but didn't mention this before the ad went live. They were a grand more expensive than some other estate agents. My house was badly advertised at first like a kids Wendy house. No for sale sign turned up and I was given an EPC through the estate agent which was overpriced. This was all done by Oliver who was also about to go on leave for a week. I would not recommend Nest and only went with them as buying a new house through them.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

20th Jun 2025 (8 mo. ago)Complete disaster. Ruined my first time buyer experience. Messages were inappropriate asking to go out for drinks to celebrate and give me my keys. He got funny and defensive and told me I was ungrateful when I questioned why my property wasn't ready by the date he said it would be and that resulted in me being homeless for two weeks. Then I got the wrong keys two weeks later and it was late so I had to find somewhere else to sleep which also meant I had to delay my moving van because I had to arrange collection of correct keys in morning. I actually got my friend to get the keys because I felt too uncomfortable. It should have been exciting my first experience and Nest associates ruined that.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
