15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Despite having our lovely mid-Devon country property on the market at a difficult time, in terms of over-supply and wide ranging financial concerns, Tom Folland, a Director at Strutt and Parker, has done a brilliant job for us dealing with a difficult and protracted sale, including a sometimes unstable chain. It has been so good to have an agent who has communicated with us all the way through the process, keeping us in the loop with everything we needed to know about. Tom has stayed calm and professional even when the process was driving us a little crazy because it felt so precarious and uncertain. Tom has been patient, kind and considerate, and we couldn’t recommend Strutt and Parker more highly for achieving a good sale - a terrific result especially in such a slow and uncertain market.

Communication was great and they made everything as straightforward as possible. Would definitily recommend!- 2nd May 2025 (1 year ago)I was very pleased with the service provided by my estate agent. Their local market knowledge was excellent, and the valuation of my property proved to be spot on. The advertising was professional, with great photography and well-handled viewings, helping the sale progress smoothly. I felt the service was good value for money, and overall performance was strong throughout. The only reason I haven’t given five stars across the board is due to occasional delays in communication, though when contact was made, the responses were helpful and professional.

29th Sep 2026 (28 days ago)A letting agent owes a legal and contractual duty of care to act in the best interests of the landlord, manage the property with reasonable skill and care, and comply with all relevant housing and safety laws. However, Martin & Co breaks all these. Ellena, it seems like, she is acting on behalf of the tenants rather than the landlord. I wish other landlords the very best of luck if your properties are managed by these lot.

20th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)Arranged to view a property, (which I did go and view), I liked the property and asked if i could give a holding fee. The reply was, 'Go away and have a coffee and think about it.' Well I had thought about it and I wanted to give a holding fee as soon as possible. The lady I spoke to, Victoria had an awful attitude on the phone. She asked me in a very disrespectful way to stop calling and emailing as she will get back to me. I was only calling and emailing as I wanted to hold the property. She told me that she has to contact the landlords and would get back to me the next day. What they seem to do is present the landlords with a selection of possible tenants, and then the landlords 'chat about it overnight' to decide who they 'like the most'. Which in my opinion, is discrimination. Also the agents, don't get back to you very promptly with the outcome. Had to call and email multiple times and felt as if I was harassing as I was told previously to stop calling and emailing. I was disheartened as I really wanted to rent the property and felt like I was overall, discriminated against. Its like your auditioning for the x-factor for goodness sake! Overall, very unprofessional, would avoid at all costs, rude staff and not helpful.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

I really appreciated their reliability as well as regular and prompt communication about viewings. Everything was managed swiftly and efficiently with the house being put on the market very quickly once we gave the green light. I can highly recommend them.

Only negative on the day the house should of been taken off with Wilson Tominey David on holiday and none of the other staff thought to take it off. Would recommend to others for a cheaper property not 1 of our calibre.
