I know sellers back out sometimes but they handled it awfully, we had to learn it from our onwards, they gave no, explanation or advice and showed zero sympathy. They left us off the market for months and we missed several equiries and lost our onwards due to their ineptitude. To make matters worse they were almost double the price of other agents.
15th May 2025 (10 mo. ago)Karim and Daisy made themselves available quickly throughout our tenancy and responded well to the queries we had. Check-in and check-outs were both smooth and done on time. They were always happy to help so we recommend going through Home Fullstop!

Director Mehul Devani is a business owner who repeatedly breaks the rules, commits fraudulent acts & exploits tenants and business owners for greed. This individual destroys life's & business in his pursuit to make a profit. This landlord leaves vulnerable people in squalid, unsafe properties! He fails to return security deposits, BEWARE & uses the County Court system to enforce judgements drafted to take advantage of tenants & the public. Mel owns various companies & I've read desperate reviews against each business left by members of the public reporting him him & his SHOCKING practises acting as landlord & director of CQC Social Care Services. Please use the internet to do your research before dealing with this company that will destroy peoples life's for profit.
23rd Apr 2021 (4 years ago)Rented through Anthony Garfield for a few years. There were no disasters but I couldn't recommend them. Pros: they fixed most issues promptly and we got our deposit back. Cons: they weren't professional when it came to inventories and tenancy agreements. Customer service was normally either defensive or combative. You got the impression that they just see tenants as an inconvenience involved in collecting their commission.

She truly made the entire experience much easier. Upon signing, she sent clear instructions on next steps. Overall great experience and a huge thank you to Jasmine
23rd Sep 2019 (6 years ago)Harry helped us sell above our expected sales expectation and kept us updated during the listings. Was a pleasure to list with them and worth the slightly higher listing commission than some other cheaper agents that may not have had the same results. Will use again.

15th Feb 2021 (5 years ago)Lords Estates came highly recommended to me by a number of people who have bought and sold property via Lords, so I didn't hesitate to sell through them. I was so grateful for the personal touch they offer, keeping me informed all the way and having my best interests at heart. They made sure that I was happy with proceedings at every stage, only giving me advice when I asked. After the sale went live, I was bombarded with letters from other Estate Agents, which only confirmed to me even more that I had made the right choice! It seems that even Solicitors are impressed by the dedication and care which Lords Estate offer their clients, which speaks volumes in their favour. I was also pleasantly surprised at the fee they charge, especially considering all the work they've done on my behalf. 29th Oct 2015 (10 years ago)Prestige probably has been the best estate agent I've ever dealt with when renting! Stayed in a lovely Twickenham apartment until unfortunately the owner sold it. Tina, Sandra, Rick and Diane were all so friendly and attentive to any minor problem we had in the flat and was refreshing with dealing with such friendly, trustworthy and attentive estate agents :)

2nd Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)We let a property for 2 years via Reve. Nothing but positive things to say about it Sheng who was our main contact. Checkout was smooth and 2 years following leaving the property he reached out to us to arrange a refund for a hot water overpayment we had made but were completely unaware of. Trustworthy and helpful.

3rd Nov 2025 (19 weeks ago)I am compelled to write this having just moved out of a property. Some of Johns and Co's practices are not only underhanded but illegal. They will try to take money out of your deposit for 'final bills' (eg. electrictiy), despite us having settled these ourselves. We lived in a property that started with a broken dishwasher (they were already aware of this prior to moving in) and a broken airconditioning unit which they did not fix in our entire tenancy. The bathroom was so poorly maintained that during the first week of us moving in the bathroom pipes leaked into the below neighbour's flat. The shower also continued leaking on to the bathroom floor every time it was used because of failure by the landlord and John's and Co to maintain the property. Additionally, we booked a move out cleaning to be done as we have a dog (which we paid additional monthly pet fees for) and we used their desired contractor. For a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom flat to vacuum some dog hair they charged nearly £800 (it is a 500sq flat) and tried to claim that the upholstery was in a bad state. We had covers on all upholstery for our entire stay there. This upholstery was severely stained and marked when we moved in due to lack of cleaning and maintenance done by the landlord/ John's and Co. Do not rent through them if they are also managing the property and move out process.

22nd Dec 2025 (12 weeks ago)Renowned Homes... What a great team, I was looked after by Bradley and Sean through purchasing our property in the centre of London. We had some difficulties with our deposit and solicitor fees, but the gentleman were able to find the middle ground and bring the deal together. We ended up using Renowned's recommended solicitors and mortgage brokers and we managed to make it all happen. We moved in 2 weeks ago and have never been so happy. Thank you Renowned Homes!
