12th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)I spoke to several agents before letting my flat and chose e2a because of Amy. From the first conversation she gave me a clear, realistic rental valuation, which turned out to be very close to what we achieved. As a first-time landlord I had no idea what paperwork was involved, and Amy explained everything I'd need to complete and guided me through every step.

She was consistently responsive and took a genuinely personal approach. It never felt like a mass-market, box-ticking service. I felt the ea2 team really cared about looking after my flat, which gave me real peace of mind, especially as I'm relocating abroad. I'd highly recommend Amy and e2a to any landlord.
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Mr Rauf Mustapha is a great agent. He knows everything about the property business. Thanks to him, we could let our flat very quickly, and he gave us a lot of useful information. He is excellent!
16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Pervin was friendly and helpful and was more than happy to do whatever she could to help me complete on buying a property!
16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Chestertons Islington is, without question, the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The sheer incompetence, appalling communication and complete lack of accountability throughout our experience have been genuinely astonishing.

Our tenancy and moving-out process was an absolute nightmare. We incurred approximately £4,000 in additional costs, spent countless hours chasing emails and attempting to resolve issues, and were subsequently faced with further disputes over what we consider to be completely unreasonable deposit deductions.

What makes this experience particularly infuriating is the apparent unwillingness to acknowledge mistakes or take meaningful responsibility for resolving them. The amount of time, money and energy we have wasted dealing with Chestertons is frankly ridiculous. For a company that markets itself as a reputable, high-end estate agency, the standard of service we received was nothing short of disgraceful.

The only exception has been Alhad, who has been helpful throughout an otherwise horrendous experience.

I cannot stress enough how strongly I would advise anyone against using Chestertons Islington- AND CHESTERTONS AS A WHOLE. I have genuinely never encountered such consistently poor service from any company. An extraordinarily expensive, stressful and exhausting experience that I would not wish on anyone.

Avoid at all costs.- 25th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Grace was so cooperative and make the process go in a smooth way
I am so happy with her service
16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Amazing service from the team over the years
9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)My second time working with Hunters Shoreditch, and once again, an excellent experience. On both occasions, I faced challenging situations that were handled exceptionally well and ultimately turned around thanks to Polat and his team.

Their local knowledge is second to none, and their strong network of trusted local contacts is invaluable in navigating the various aspects of a property transaction.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Polat and the team at Hunters Shoreditch to anyone looking for knowledgeable, well-connected, and effective estate agents.
15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)We had such a positive experience with Duncan - he was so helpful and reachable during the whole process, and made it much less stressful than other lettings that I have been through :)
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Max is a one-of-a-kind estate agent, exemplary not only in his professionalism but in his genuine desire to forge close, trusting relationships with those he assists in their property search. His warm, personable manner makes him a pleasure to deal with, and his initiative was evident in securing us a viewing on the very first day of a property’s release. His approach undoubtedly contributed to the speed with which we put forward an offer. Max is a credit to his profession, and his exceptional interpersonal skills, dedication, and professionalism make him deserving of every opportunity to progress in his career. I wish him the very best of luck in all his future endeavours. Sincerely, his aspiring tenants.
28th Sep 2026 (29 days ago)Being a first-time buyer can be overwhelming, and I certainly wasn't the easiest customer- I had a endless list of questions! However Gabriela was amazing from start to finish. She completely put me at ease and went above and beyond to answer every single one of my niggling questions with a genuinely happy and helpful attitude.

The team's dedication didn't stop at completion either. When the movers accidentally left a few items behind, Gabriela actually came down and helped me sort it out when she easily could have left me to handle it myself. To top it all off, after completion, I received a thoughtful card and a goody bag full of lovely treats from Gabriela which was such a sweet personal touch.

If you are looking for a dedicated, professional, and truly goes-above-and-beyond estate agent team, I couldn't recommend them more!
7th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)I can't recommend Portico more, especially Gurtegh and Shayamal, they are the best agents I've ever experienced genuinely, they have become friends of mine due to how the managed the relationship during the process, I wish all employees of businesses went this above and beyond for their clients....
19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Very diligent,
Oliver Moynihan showed me high quality appartment
21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Riley was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable.
12th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Worked with Allen Goldstein as a letting agent for my property. I have found them to provide excellent service right from the start in quickly finding a very good tenant and then managing the let. Very responsive. Highly recommended. I would use them again without hesitation.

15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)I had a really positive experience with Jed Matthews. He was proactive from the start: he listened to what I was looking for and sent me properties that matched my searches, without me having to keep chasing. He was quick to respond, easy to deal with and made the whole process much less stressful. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking to rent.
25th Oct 2026 (2 days ago)We recently bought our first home from Jonathan Mowday and couldn't recommend him highly enough! Jon walked us through the process of buying a house very clearly, responded quickly whenever we had questions, and was always a pleasure to work with.

Jon had expert knowledge of the Devon area and we would be very happy to buy / sell a house through him in the future.

6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Very very bad service
19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Sanders Property has been very easy to work with while moving into our new flat. They are partners with Please Connect Me for all bills which meant within a few days of moving in all our bills were discussed and agreed upon.

20th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I’m so grateful for all the help and support throughout the sale of my flat. It wasn’t the easiest property to sell, but Sevi was incredibly professional, patient and persistent from start to finish. She kept me updated and worked hard to keep everything moving. I genuinely appreciate everything and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sevi. Thank you so much! ??
18th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)I've recently started dealing with Sam and have found him excellent in all my interactions. thanks Sam.
21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Haven't rented a place yet but giving 5 stars already for the communication in setting up for a viewing. Nathan from the agency had clear communication and helped with scheduling. This kind of help and professionalism before someone even paid for a rental tells me a lot about the agency. Thank you!
19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Great service from Bertie and Christopher. I was buying a flat via them and the real value came from them managing the timing on the many in-flight processes to complete the transaction extremely fast.
21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Louis is very helpful and quick to respond. Made the process of letting our new flat much easier.- 21st Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Had some viewings with Cassandra at the clerkenwell office. She was so nice and very helpful with all of my questions. Such a pleasure to work with her and would definitely recommend to give these guys a visit.
16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)My experience with Foxtons Islington was mixed. My agent was responsive and helpful at first, but after I declined to make an offer on a property I couldn't view (the current tenants weren't allowing tours), he stopped replying entirely. I followed up several times over a few weeks and never heard back. That was disappointing, especially since I've had much better experiences with Foxtons branches elsewhere in London. On a positive note, the rest of the team and the receptionist were lovely and welcoming.
