It was a pleasure to be dealing with an intelligent, helpful and knowledgeab le person. My buyers benefited from Charlotte's expert guidance. Her concientious professional approach, especially monitoring solicitor's progress and ensuring any issues were swiftly resolved, made the whole process proceed smoothly.

9th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Seems to now be permanently closed as this is the second time I've got off the train at New Malden in the afternoon and found it shut. No details in the window to say when it will reopen yet stock still on the shelves? Now seems to be open again . Probably best to check before setting off if you intend to shop there these days
29th Oct 2015 (10 years ago)Prestige probably has been the best estate agent I've ever dealt with when renting! Stayed in a lovely Twickenham apartment until unfortunately the owner sold it. Tina, Sandra, Rick and Diane were all so friendly and attentive to any minor problem we had in the flat and was refreshing with dealing with such friendly, trustworthy and attentive estate agents :)

They listen to what you ask for, they give accurate valuations of your property, and they take great care and attention over how they market your property. David has now become a trusted advisor and we will go back to TPP if we were to ever sell again. Have recommended them to many friends and family.

19th Feb 2026 (27 days ago)I have had several problems with repairs to our building causing damage to my flat. Pryce Bravo has mostly ignored my messages and hasn’t actioned anything I’ve requested. We are paying a small fortune for Snellers services and they are not worth it. I’ve escalated to Simon, his manager, however, guess what? No reply.
9th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)One of the worst letting experiences I’ve had. Poor communication, emails ignored, phones often not answered, and only after days of chasing did we find out the landlord wouldn’t accept a guarantor, despite this being clear from the start. They completely wasted our time and money. - Update, in reponse to owner's comment: Terrible, misleading experience. From day one we clearly stated on the offer form that we needed a guarantor, and your agent Daniel explicitly told us this was fine. You then dragged things out for about a week from the last week of November, taking documents and running checks, only to suddenly claim at the end that “the landlord doesn’t accept a guarantor.” That guarantor requirement was on the original form you sent to the landlord, she accepted the offer on that basis, and I even asked again and you confirmed it was okay. Hiding behind “duty of care” after wasting our time and blocking us from renting elsewhere is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Tiffiny was extremely proactive and her speed of responses to our questions is super fast. All in all, it was a very seamless process thanks to Tiffiny !
1st Mar 2026 (17 days ago)Harrison Jacks is an outstanding agency and it is clear that they only choose to take on high quality properties. I had such a positive experience renting through them a few years back. Jessica was very transparent and friendly in the whole process, and helped us establish a good relationship with the landlords right away. This was particularly useful when we needed support with any maintenance during our stay. You can tell that Harrison Jacks genuinely care about their landlords and their tenants alike - I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone who is looking to find their new home!

They gave us fantastic guidance at every step of the process from getting our house ready to market through to accepting an offer. Victoria has been very flexible with viewings that fit in around us and has been excellent at keeping us up to date at every stage, including immediate feedback straight after viewings. They are passionate about New Malden and I believe offer potential buyers a great service too thorough their knowledge of all this area has to offer.

22nd Dec 2025 (12 weeks ago)Renowned Homes... What a great team, I was looked after by Bradley and Sean through purchasing our property in the centre of London. We had some difficulties with our deposit and solicitor fees, but the gentleman were able to find the middle ground and bring the deal together. We ended up using Renowned's recommended solicitors and mortgage brokers and we managed to make it all happen. We moved in 2 weeks ago and have never been so happy.
