Rachel proved to be a true professional and guided the rental process from the beginning to the signing of the contract. Her communication was clear, friendly and always timely. Thanks to Rachel, the process of renting an apartment was easy, fast and stress-free. She was always in touch, explaining all the nuances that we did not understand. I recommend Foxton and especially Rachel to everyone who appreciates a professional approach, honesty and a high level of service.

Paul and his colleague Victoria were professional courteous and above all else determined to obtain the best price for me. The sale was smooth and Paul and Victoria guided us through the experience with confidence and expertise. They were on the ball and proactive at all times and always available to me on the phone. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Hamptons Esher.

Matt and Alice, at Curchods Esher, teamed up to take me and the respective buyers and vendor through the process with little fuss, a good deal of Esher property market knowledge, and a welcoming smile each day I ambled into the Esher office mid dog walk - with my Tibetan a keen fussed over visitor. I felt I was able to ask any question at any time, and receive an open and honest response, with a sense that the team were invested in doing the best they could for me, during what is always a pretty stressful experience. Timetables were met, and last minute hiccups were overcome with an understanding of the need to engage positively with all parties. Overall, a job well done, and a thank you from me.

Loved the flat.<br><br>Have been in now for 6-month and am very grateful to them both for viewings, managing information flows and getting it over the line.<br><br>Highly recommend using their services!

I would be remiss if I did not give a special mention to Reno, who was very helpful, considerate and accommodating throughout the process of acquiring and negotiating a new home for me. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to him for his assistance, and also to his colleague Phil.<br><br>+1 Year: Thank you once again to Reno and his colleagues for their patience and understanding during a difficult time for me. They were very kind and helpful in helping me resolve the issue.

13th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I decided to sell my flat with Hamptons in Teddington. They over valed my property it’s a second home , I reduced it dramatically and the offers came in . Having finally agreed a good offer I asked them to do sufficient investigation into their funds to buy and the level of borrowing. They were hopeless on this and after a month into solicitors etc . My fears came through and my sale fell through. I then put it up for rental and it was gone in three days even though I am very specific about my tenant profile . They even paid me 6 months up. front as I had two other parties prepared to do the same . My property is in A list location and premium.

David and Penny were professional, sensible, calm, patient and above all we always felt they were 100% working for us and in our best interests. Never pushy but also never unrealistic, they were patient with those viewing the property and when it came time to manage the process of the sale David was fantastic, leaving nothing to chance and mediating brilliantly between the parties. David and Penny have forever changed our view of the value a good estate agent can provide.

18th May 2025 (1 year ago)Bartletts gave us an exceptional service. From day one they were doing all they could to find us a buyer and what impressed me the most was their communication. Every week they provided an update and Darren or Kristian accompanied prospective buyers on every occasion and took a detailed history of the property and surrounding area. Once a buyer was found, they helped us negotiate on the property we were buying out of the area! This is not an estate agent, this is a personal service that will get you moved to where you want go. Well done team, an awesome experience.

10th Jun 2026 (25 days ago)We recently sold our flat through Alex, and I cannot thank him enough for all his help throughout what turned out to be a very challenging and lengthy transaction.<br><br>The sale took almost a year and involved a lease extension, a fallen-through onward purchase and numerous complications before we finally reached completion. Throughout the entire process, Alex was proactive, professional and incredibly supportive. Nothing was ever too much trouble. He was always available to answer questions, chase updates and keep communication flowing between all parties. He is also an excellent negotiator, which proved invaluable when I revised the sale price following completion of the lease extension.<br><br>I would also like to thank Amber, the sales progressor Alex appointed to the transaction. She was fantastic throughout, always responsive, proactive and willing to go the extra mile to keep things moving. Having both Alex and Amber involved made a huge difference.<br><br>The final stages became particularly challenging due to difficult solicitors, Land Registry delays and pressure within the chain. During the last week before completion, Alex and Amber worked tirelessly to keep everyone updated, chase solicitors and push the transaction forward. Their communication was excellent throughout, and their calm, practical approach helped enormously during what was an extremely stressful time.<br><br>What stood out most was that Alex genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for his clients.
