3rd Mar 2026 (15 days ago)I visited a property this evening listed as “A SPACIOUS ONE BEDROOM FIRST FLOOR SPLIT LEVEL FLAT“, no photos, no floor-plan. I asked for photos and was told “the photographer is on holiday” despite this being an older listing, reduced in price a week ago. When I arrived I was shown to ground level studio, little more than a bed in a kitchenette. I took some photos for them, let’s see if they add to their listing now they have some.
15th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)This agency was negligent in handling the sale of our property. I’m following up a formal complaint against them. They mis-handled 3 offers for our property. We finally accepted an offer through them, which turned out to be null and void as they hadn’t carried out basic checks on the buyer, by which time we’d lost our other buyer. We eventually went to Chestertons, got another £80,000 and were handled professionally
6th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)I've just completed on my purchase in Hadley Wood and I wanted to say a huge thank you to Maria at Statons for all her help throughout the process. From the very first viewing Maria was fantastic - incredibly responsive, always available when I needed something, and genuinely supportive throughout what can often be a stressful process. She must have shown me the property around five times and was always patient, helpful and professional. Maria really went above and beyond to help get the deal over the line and made the whole experience much smoother than it could have been. A great experience overall and I’m very grateful for all the work she put in. Highly recommend both Maria and the Statons Hadley Wood team.

The overall experience exceeded my expectations, and I felt well supported throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Glen Hall to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality service
18th Feb 2026 (28 days ago)Untrustworthy agency. All tenants were unexpectedly served via email a 3-week illegal eviction notice. We were informed that the house had been sold and the new owner would be moving in with his family. However, turns out that the house was being advertised on booking.com as a guest house.<br><br>Not only they were completely dishonest with all tenants but we still had to endure having complete strangers in the house, on a daily basis. It was a seven-bedroom house and at that time, there were two vacant rooms. I had people knocking at my door late in the evening, strangers entering in my bedroom without even knocking, as well as guests helping themselves of my food and crockery from my cupboard. People, mostly tourists were also shocked to find out that what was supposed to be a guest house, was in reality a houseshare, where the respective tenants were being illegally forced out of the house.<br><br>Whilist I witnessed the dispair of my housemates in trying to find a new place to live, I refused to move out within the time frame that I had been given. I stayed for a month, leaving in the house my own brand new bed and matress for the guests to make use of and enjoy, while I had no choice but to move out of the property.<br><br>Despite such stressful situation, I was still humble enough to ask them multiple times if they had other properties available in the same area, to which the answer has always been no. Greediness has prevailed from their side, despite having been their tenant for several years. Therefore, I am leaving this review as a way of warning people about this dishonest and unconsiderate agency, who will not hesiate to go out of their way where money is concerned. Without taking into consideration how their actions will impact the lives of the people involved.<br><br>Please, also be aware that all 5-star reviews on here are from their agency members of staff, friends and family.
12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)I am writing this behalf of my uncle because he doesn’t speak English last year he rented a flat from these people they all so speak Turkish so my uncle paid them admission fees which by law they don’t have the right to ask him for admission fees but they did why because my uncle doesn’t speak English and he’s only been in uk for one and half years and then they asked him for weeks rent 2 months deposit again buy law they can only ask 4 week’s and when he left the flat they only give his one moths rent back said to him we only had one month deposit of yours horrible people

Every member of staff (to name a few Kevin, Hakan, Jessica, Filiz, Eda) have been outstanding, especially the CEO, Kevin, whose customer service and problem-solving went way beyond what I’ve experienced with other agents. IC Properties are simply miles ahead of other agents.<br>Recently, I’ve been working with Filiz and Eda on a property sale, and both have been brilliant. Filiz is always positive, proactive, and strategic, while Eda is equally dedicated, friendly, and never gives up on finding the right property. I’m really grateful for how smoothly everything was handled — I moved in today and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend! ????
17th Mar 2026 (1 day ago)We used Chas Lowe 23 years ago to buy our current home. This time we are selling and, after a recommendation from a friend, instructed a much bigger local firm and really regretted it. After 10 months on the market with 5 offers but no exchange we decided to change agents and use Chas Lowe again. We instantly knew it was the right decision. These men know what they are doing. They know the area and they have a positive, no nonsense attitude which I much prefer to the usual cowboy estate agents. We dealt mainly with James for the viewings and Anthony for all of the after sales stuff( which I had no idea could be so lengthy and tricky- dealing with very particular buyers). Anybody can show potential buyers around your home and get them to like it. The staff in this office actually get the job done and keep you informed at all times-coming up with good ideas and different strategies along the way. I would never mess around with any other firms. Go straight to Chas Lowe. You will be glad that you did.

23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)Do not deserve even 1 star. The advertisement was completely misleading. The photos showed a flat in perfect condition, but when I arrived, workers were inside and the entire flat was in a broken, unfinished state. Wasted my 2 hours.<br>The owner, Anthony, was extremely unprofessional and did not bother to answer basic questions. His attitude was disrespectful and showed no concern for potential tenants.<br>Avoid at all costs.

6th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)House buying is one of the most stressful things for most people and when you add other life stressors and I had far too many to list it can become impossible. Writing this sitting on my sofa in my new house; I don't think I could have done it without the Martyn Gerrard staff behind me; Dinesh, Afina and Zac all have been amazing; professional, compassionate, extremely patient and most importantly empathetic. Can't thank you all enough for my happy ending and beginning.
