From the initial viewing of the property to exchanging contracts the whole team was always curteous, patient and helpful.<br><br>A special shout out for Graca who was our contact throughout and always there when we needed to clarify something or check on progress. Barny too was equally helpful in keeping us informed and politely nudging us and the sellers along. Would highly recommend this Estate Agent.
10th Aug 2026 (14 days ago)Linas at Barnard Marcus has managed our tenanted property for over ten years, and I can't recommend him highly enough.<br>We're overseas landlords, so we rely entirely on our agent to be our eyes and ears on the ground — and Linas has never once given us cause for concern. He's taken us through three or four tenancy changeovers, each handled smoothly, and when issues come up he deals with them promptly and keeps us properly informed.<br>Ten years of consistently going above and beyond. Genuinely trustworthy, and a large part of why owning a rental property in London has been stress-free for us.

She was there for every stage of the purchase, from arranging the initial viewing, keeping the process going, through to the exchange and completion process. She was professional throughout and a joy to deal with, in what is quite a stressful process.

Due to complex reevaluation of fire safety regulations there were delays beyond everyone’s control but thanks to them navigating carefully between seller and buyer and always remaining optimistic they helped the process and kept the process as easy as it could possibly be- and even made it a lot less stressful than people say ! Great estate agents - thank you
10th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)We have had no certified account for 2024/25 and no draft accounts for 2025/26. It’s now July 2026.<br><br>They have over spent our garden budget by 200% and taken the money from our reserves.<br><br>I wouldn’t chose to use this company.

Neil and Belinda and the whole team were always available and approachable by phone, email and in person in the office. I cannot recommend enough!

Whenever I’ve had an issue or needed help, they’ve always been responsive and quick to get back to me. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent!

12th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)Since Gabriel Farmer has taken over as Head of Lettings, there has been a complete turnaround in customer service, work ethic, accountability and operations. With a much more proactive approach, Gabriel has kept me updated, delivered on what he has promised, and looked out for my interests as a client. The service is now much more in line with what I would expect for fully managed property services, with attention to detail and quality. He has also managed his team effectively, with everyone doing their piece and working in a more joined up fashion. He has strong market knowledge whilst still being willing to accommodate and collaborate. I am pleased Gabriel has taken over, the tone from Hamptons is now more professional, positive, polite and I feel trust is being built.

5th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)Absolutely worst estate agent to deal with. We used them to rent our property and regretted it from start to finish. They are slimey, dishonest and try to get away with doing minimal work while fleecing you for max fees. The phrase you get what you pay for doesn't apply here. Read the contract carefully lots of surprise hidden clauses like they take over your utilities and will charge you things without asking you first. Money grabbing and lacking scruples. Bad experience as a landlord so imagine it must be lot worse as a tenant.- 13th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)Friendly, professional, reliable, dependable service. They kindly arranged two viewings for us and even accommodated a last-minute EICR inspection along with a pre-exchange viewing, which we really appreciated. Their support made the whole buying process much easier. Highly recommended.

He is so helpful, responsive and always goes above and beyond to make the whole process as smooth and stress free as possible.<br><br>We’ve had such a great experience with Cosway every time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agency. 13th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)I honestly had such a great experience with this agency, and a huge part of that was because of Athman.<br><br>From the beginning, Athman was absolutely amazing. He was always helpful, easy to communicate with, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right place rather than just trying to get everything done as quickly as possible. He made the whole experience so much easier and less stressful and was always there whenever I had questions or needed help with something.<br><br>What I appreciated most was the amount of effort he put in throughout the entire process. I never felt like I was just another client, and he really went out of his way to make sure I was happy with everything. Finding a new place can be pretty stressful, but Athman genuinely made it a really positive experience, and I couldn't have asked for better service.<br><br>I also really want to mention Lyla, who was a massive help towards the end of the process. She helped me get everything sorted and finalized once I had found my new place and made those last steps so much smoother.<br><br>Really grateful to both Athman and Lyla for all their help. I’m genuinely so happy with my new place and with how everything worked out. Would definitely recommend them!
