Although I did not end up renting a property through Chancellors Finchley, he consistently shared suitable options and was helpful in trying to find places that matched my requirements. Communication was clear, and he was prompt in following up and arranging choices to consider. I appreciate his effort and would recommend him to anyone looking for a proactive and supportive lettings negotiator.

4th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Relentless spam emails since trying to view a property last week. I’ve unsubscribed multiple times but they just won’t stop, looks like they’ve shared my email with other MG offices too. Reporting spam to all emails I get now but it’s just non-stop.

I reached out multiple times with enquiries about properties, and despite my clear interest, they completely ignored my enquiries. I followed up several times, but never received any responses. Instead, they decided to move my contact details to another branch, without any prior communication or explanation. This kind of treatment is extremely unprofessional. Not only did they fail to respond to my initial questions, but they also showed a lack of respect by shifting me to another branch without my consent or knowledge. It felt like they were simply passing me off without considering my interest in the properties I was inquiring about. It's frustrating and disappointing when an estate agent doesn’t follow through, leaving you feeling like just another number. I would not recommend this agency based on my experience. Poor communication and a complete lack of customer care.- 5th Nov 2025 (19 weeks ago)We had a great experience purchasing our first home with the help of Sunny at KFH. All the staff I dealt with on the phone, via email and in person (Elliott, Bobby, Adam, Bradley, Billy) were polite, professional and helpful. They gave sound advice and kept me up to date with progress. I'm pleased this independent business is successful as it deserves to do well.

I called to arrange viewings for three different properties and was told they would phone me to confirm, but I never received any follow-up. Four days later, I found out the properties had already been let. This has happened at other branches as well, and the repeated lack of communication feels unprofessional and frustrating. Based on my experience, it also seemed like certain enquiries were consistently delayed or ignored, which left me feeling unfairly treated. Overall, I cannot recommend this agency due to their lack of follow-through and inconsistent service.

However this buyer was not vetted thoroughly and the sale fell through. The agents were eager to sell the property and were listening to my feedback, but we're unable to follow through with a sale with this agent.

11th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)Dexter's were very diligent and very professional from the moment I was contacted by Marlon, to the listings and viewings with Sofia up to the moment we have completed the sale through Jack and Jamil. But they went above and beyond. We had a difficult case at the end that needed proper skills to get over the line and I could not have asked for anyone better than Jack to handle it. He completely owned the difficult conversations and drove the sale over the finish line. I can safely say that without Jack's help this would not have happened. Thank you very much, and I definitely recommend using Dexter's Muswell Hill.
