The whole team were incredibly helpful throughout, from first meeting Nick to view the property to liaising with Karli and Sally during the purchase. 6th Feb 2021 (5 years ago)The Covid pandemic has not made it easy to sell our beautiful 17th century cottage with having to make many challenging decisions along the way! However, with Harry Sheppard's expert help, this challenge was made much easier: always supportive at the other end of the phone, he encouraged us through a couple of fallen-through sales! Our 62 viewings were expertly managed by three of Knight Frank representatives, Patti, Philippa & Sara, with wonderful communications left at all times. At the end of 15 months, the team felt like part of our family! We highly recommend Knight Frank Oxford for their competitiveness, professionalism, friendliness and patience. Many, many thanks to you all!

There were a few complications with my application, and Helen went above and beyond to resolve them quickly and efficiently. Her knowledge and professionalism were clear throughout, and she made the whole process smooth and stress-free — especially as we were moving from abroad. I’d 100% recommend anyone looking for a home to get in touch with Helen at Penny & Sinclair.

Being from outside the area and traveling excessively internationally for work could have made it a very difficult process, but their help, guidance, flexibility and understanding were extremely helpful. No question was too stupid and believe me I had lots of stupid questions! Would definitely recommend.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

From the initial valuation, speedy marketing, prompt arrangement of viewings and remarkably quick offer of the asking price, the whole process was swift, professional and efficient. 29th Oct 2025 (20 weeks ago)they lied and charged us for all the marketing material then never used it. we got ZERO enquirers or viewings for over 4 months- then found the online information was WRONG. stating the home is a decade older (i bought it NEW) and worth over £1 million LESS. they refuted to change it, then after we terminated the contract they refuse to rerun the photos we paid for. we spent thousands of pounds and hundreds of hours prepping the house for photos, and paid over £2,000 in total for them.

From the very first viewing, the team were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Communication was great throughout the process — they were always quick to respond to any questions and kept me updated at every stage. Radnor Martin did everything they could to help the sale go through smoothly, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

He was incredibly efficient, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, and he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Compared to another agency in Chippy I dealt with, the service I received here—particularly from Alfie—was far superior. I truly appreciated his professionalism, reliability, and the genuine care he showed. Highly recommended!

I wasn't too impressed with the photos, especially because we had to pay for that separately, but overall they were very helpful and easy to work with.
