I really appreciated all the help and guidance that Anne and the team at Tayler & Fletcher gave me. Being from outside the area and traveling excessively internationally for work could have made it a very difficult process, but their help, guidance, flexibility and understanding were extremely helpful. No question was too stupid and believe me I had lots of stupid questions! Would definitely recommend.

As a first time buyer, I had about a million and 1 questions about what was needed from me when making an offer on a home. But Kemal and Andy at Taylor and Fletcher really helped out. Both were super timely with responses - from initial inquiry to making an offer, and beyond. Even when I had some probably dumb questions while navigating this process, they were patient with me and have been nothing but helpful in every step of the process. Have made what can be a very stressful experience just a bit less stressful.

Andy did a great job of co-ordinating information and communication between the seller and buyer, and it's clearer that solicitors in general seem to depend on digital portals and take-a-ticket processes, leaving more for the estate agents to do. Tayler and Fletcher also have a great database and network of prospective buyers, meaning that there were three offers for our property in a very short space of time. Impressive and friendly team who were agile and flexible when needed.

Very unprofessional and uncaring service friendly to your face ruthless once back in the office we had an offer accepted on a property recently then we lost our buyer she put the property was put back on within minutes she didn't even ask the vendor who's 88 I might add I'm sure he would have given us a few days to try and sell again!! We sold again with days and I called them she said we've had other offers they are in a better position than you but we will let you know anyway they sold it to them and left a message on voicemail to tell us!!

Horrific service. Wanted 2 properties from them but Peter is consistently unresponsive. I have now emailed him 5 times over 3 weeks with no response. The same happened to the previous property. The last email I had from him was offering us a viewing... appalling way to do business.

Awful service, extremely slow communication and did not listen. Peter delayed sending our heads of terms agreement to solicitors for over 1 month and finally sent them the week before Christmas, causing further delays with the Christmas shut down of solicitors and our investors out of the country. Had the audacity to then blame us for these delays despite 5+ follow ups asking to organise final walk arounds and for paperwork. Eventually the landlord, obviously based on T&F's suggestion and blame directed at us, pulled out of the deal causing us monetary and time loss. Total waste of time company.
