This was a probate sale and they were quick to find a number of viewings, secure a very early offer, negotiate this slightly and have a quick exchange and completion follow. They kept us updated on the viewings and marketed the property in a very positive and favourable way. They know the area very well and were able to push this sale through very quickly.
