Nice and easy, for a first time selling a home it was as easy as I could have hoped for. Not only did we sell it quickly but we were really pleased with the price and got over the asking. (They also valued it more than other agents) Highly Recommended!
6th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)The sale of Whirlow House was the sale of my family home of 48 years after the death of my second parent. We’d moved in, from another house in Kirby Muxloe, when I was 7 years old. Although I had moved out many years previously, the processing and clearing out of the house was a hugely emotional- not to mention physical- ordeal. I really needed an estate agent who ‘got it’ and got what it meant to me. Alex Broadley, who I did not previously know but I had seen flyers/cards for, was one of several estate agents I considered for the selling of Whirlow. It had to be Alex- he presented well and additionally, being Kirby Muxloe born and bred himself, he had unbeatable interest in the history and selling of the houses in this village especially, and crucially, he ‘got’ me. And Whirlow. And he had an accurate eye for potential buyer interest. He was also very astute and considered in dealing with my many queries. Alex made a hideous situational sale manageable and bearable and I cannot overstate the importance of that to me.
31st Oct 2025 (20 weeks ago)This was our first experience with a estate agent and they seemed very keen and enthusiastic saying the right things so went with them even though felt their original estimate was too high and brought it down to similar properties as always felt it was a nice house and someone would fall in love with it but the house market was very fickle and the houses just where not selling and people where dropping their prices in the area so unfortunately had to we followed suit but still not getting people through our door and what people that did veiw didn't leave negative comments infact very positive veiws but no offers which maybe there was nothing needed doing to the house and people wanted to do their own mark to a house instead at lower price but after nearly 6 months felt we needed a change as we had lost out on properties we wanted to buy and if we lowered anymore just to get a sale may as well sold to a investment company and lose money but definitely the housing market not helped by our present government who hit first time buyers with and working people with stealth taxes.... fingers crossed our new estate agents will bring that sale.

This agent doesn't have any reviews- 21st Dec 2020 (5 years ago)I can highly recommend Unique Property Company. We found them doing a google search as we were selling a rather unique property! Having been convinced that we would go with a big local name, instead when Simon Stone came to complete a valuation our choice was made. Simon’s very real enthusiasm for properties outside the norm is tangible and he really convinced us he could sell the lifestyle that came with our property rather than just the size. I’m so glad we did go with Simon. He secured an offer really rather quickly and then passed us over to the wonderful Hannah to handle the sale. Hannah worked wonders in a sale affected by one of the chain being hospitalised with Covid-19. She kept pushing everything through and we completed by Christmas. So, we cannot recommend Unique enough. If your home is a little different from the average they have the insight to really market it as you would want and the tenacity to push a sale through in difficult circumstances.

1st Jul 2025 (8 mo. ago)A very professional and friendly team. Communication was excellent, however what made Hockeys Wisbech really stand out was the video, photos and description of our property which was first class. Would highly recommend.
3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)We knew we were selling at a lower price but they found a buyer quickly and knowing there were no estate agency fees or solicitors fees brought the price closer to what we had hoped for.
4th Jun 2024 (1 year ago)I had to sell a commercial property, following a bereavement. I have never used an auction before. R & H were brilliant in advising very precisely on price, which they got just right, and explaining the process. Their brochure was good. They sold the property for us pre-auction, at above the reserve. They were professional throughout and what was most important, always kept us in touch.
