29th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)I'd happily recommend Sharman Quinney to anyone looking for mortgage advisor. I used them to get a mortgage for purchasing my first house. Phil was extremely helpful and made the experience very easy. I had been left in the dark by another mortgage advisor which made the start of the already daunting experience even worse. Phil set me at ease, he made the effort to keep in contact and guide me through the whole process. He explained everything clearly and offered good advice wherever I was unsure. All while being a genuine and friendly guy who clearly cares about his client’s needs.
13th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)Excellent Service and Outstanding Support Throughout My Tenancy..<br>I had a very positive experience with William H Brown, Knight Partnership, and in particular with Emma, who was extremely helpful, professional and responsive throughout my tenancy.<br>Whenever I had any questions or concerns, Emma was always approachable and took the time to explain things clearly. The entire process, including the end-of-tenancy checkout and deposit release, was handled very professionally and smoothly.<br>I was especially impressed with how quickly Emma followed up on the final inspection and deposit, and how she went the extra mile to ensure everything was processed promptly.<br>I would highly recommend Knight Partnership and Emma to anyone looking for a professional, reliable and supportive letting agency. Winkworth were really quick to come and provide a valuation and book in pictures. They were really helpful in advising a sale price and sold my home within a week. During the sale they have also been really quick to respond to queries and kept me updated about chain progress. All the staff have been really friendly and helpful which made the experience even more positive. I highly recommend the fantastic service that Winkworth provide. They made the process so much easier.- 24th Apr 2026 (17 weeks ago)A fantastic service from James Hammond, overall extremely pleased with the communication, friendliness and his professionalism. The viewing was nicely timed without being rushed and follow-up emails sent on as promised. Having used Newton Fallowell as agents quite a few years ago for my rental properties & now a tenant myself - it really is a refreshing change to know that you are in good hands. I do believe that they are a company that are looking after the best interests of both the tenants and landlords. Highly recommended !

Obviously they don't want the work, but surely it is company policy to get back to someone? Therefore my rating is one star but they don't deserve that.

We bought our house through them 15 years ago and had no hesitation about who to use when it came to selling.<br><br>Despite a protracted journey in a complicated market, Nick and Paul stayed positive throughout – in effect they sold our house 3 or 4 times! None of this was their fault, and it was reassuring to know we had them in our corner throughout.<br><br>Their advice and experience are second to none. As per other reviews, it is refreshing to always be able to speak to real people. There are no webs of bureaucracy or need to log into third party apps, just authentic and honest feedback and guidance. This combination of being professional and personable is hard to beat.<br><br>We would 100% use Norton Rickett again and have already recommended them to other friends and family members.

From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

They made such an effort to make sure our house photos were amazing and put our house on the market in no time at all. Communication with the team was brilliant, you would get an instant reply and they would be very honest and give you so much information and reassurance throughout the whole process. We couldn’t recommend them enough!
