29th Sep 2022 (4 years ago)I'd happily recommend Sharman Quinney to anyone looking for mortgage advisor. I used them to get a mortgage for purchasing my first house. Phil was extremely helpful and made the experience very easy. I had been left in the dark by another mortgage advisor which made the start of the already daunting experience even worse. Phil set me at ease, he made the effort to keep in contact and guide me through the whole process. He explained everything clearly and offered good advice wherever I was unsure. All while being a genuine and friendly guy who clearly cares about his client’s needs.

From the sensible sales valuation by Emma (priced accurately to sell in a tough market) through to the timely completion managed by Sonja, they were professional, polite, efficient, considerate, knowledgeable and empathetic. I’ve bought/sold 7 houses and this was the easiest process of all those transactions.

Having used a different estate agent for several months before without success we moved to Newton Fallowell and found them to be very proactive. We sold the house in relatively quick time. They were also very patient as it took quite some time to get the grant of probate and in fact it was only granted just in time for the sale. I would thoroughly recommend them.

We loved the very first house they showed us and put in an application, which was processed quickly and efficiently.<br><br>The team were thorough and prompt with every reply, and guided us through each step of the process. We've now got the keys to our new home and absolutely love it. We're so excited to start this new chapter in Stamford.<br><br>Would recommend to anyone looking to rent!

While on occasion it took a little longer to receive responses, they were consistently available and always ensured our queries were answered.<br><br>The final two months were undoubtedly stressful, however their professionalism and persistence ensured the sale was successfully brought over the finishing line. We would have no hesitation in recommending their services now just waiting for our Nando’s

We bought our house through them 15 years ago and had no hesitation about who to use when it came to selling.<br><br>Despite a protracted journey in a complicated market, Nick and Paul stayed positive throughout – in effect they sold our house 3 or 4 times! None of this was their fault, and it was reassuring to know we had them in our corner throughout.<br><br>Their advice and experience are second to none. As per other reviews, it is refreshing to always be able to speak to real people. There are no webs of bureaucracy or need to log into third party apps, just authentic and honest feedback and guidance. This combination of being professional and personable is hard to beat.<br><br>We would 100% use Norton Rickett again and have already recommended them to other friends and family members.

From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.
