So proactive throughout the sale of our house and kept us abreast of everything that was happening along the way. She facilitated communication between sellers and buyers really effectively and even chased up details that solicitors were slower to organise! On the whole, she made a potentially stressful experience feel easy!

Unfortunately the property we purchased was via another agency but was a close run thing.<br>Emily from the Bourne office showed us around the property and was extremely polite and courteous as well as being professional and customer focused. Emily is a credit to Rosedale.

Infact there before us!!<br>No pressure.<br>First property he showed us round, we felt 100% confident with him and his knowledge. He was attentive with our requirements and took on board our conversations. Thanks to Tyler he introduced us to our dream Bungalow. We have signed Contracts. The whole process took less than four months. Communication was very good and we had a few laughs along the way. He treated us like friends rather than would be buyers. Such a likable young man!!<br>We liked Tyler so much that once we put our house on the Market [with Ark, obviously!We feel comfortable he will treat possible buyers with the same expertise he did with us. I especially have to single out Alexander Hutton who worked incredibly hard to secure me an interest only mortgage. This was no mean feat as I am almost 64 years old and really didn't hold out much hope of a successful outcome. Alex was awesome. Kind, friendly and understanding of my situation. I am genuinely so grateful. The whole team were so good and I used their recommended solicitor who was also fabulous.<br>From first viewing of the property to completion, took 7 weeks exactly. I do not think anyone could ask for more!<br>Heartfelt thanks Connells ??????

24th Apr 2026 (17 weeks ago)A fantastic service from James Hammond, overall extremely pleased with the communication, friendliness and his professionalism. The viewing was nicely timed without being rushed and follow-up emails sent on as promised. Having used Newton Fallowell as agents quite a few years ago for my rental properties & now a tenant myself - it really is a refreshing change to know that you are in good hands. I do believe that they are a company that are looking after the best interests of both the tenants and landlords. Highly recommended !

1st Aug 2026 (22 days ago)I have been into the office twice recently to speak to someone in Lettings. Twice I have left my details & still no reply. The Lettings Manager is never available. Obviously they don't want the work, but surely it is company policy to get back to someone? Therefore my rating is one star but they don't deserve that.

20th Aug 2026 (3 days ago)Molly and Andy have been nothing but amazing throughout this whole process.<br>We had a very long process of selling our house and finding our dream house with location location. Even before finding our home, Molly was checking in with us regularly. They advocated for us throughout the whole process, always welcomed when we wanted to view the house again and made the whole buying process stress free even when our selling process was a bit harder.<br>I have never come across an estate agent as good as location location and if we were to sell in the future, we would with no doubt, go with them.

3rd Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Awful. No communication at all from Gemma/Natalie. Tried to take our whole deposit due to apparently not giving notice when moving but we had, Gemma didn’t communicate within the work place. Had to keep contacting them to get a response about our deposit. No one ever replied unless we had emailed them 4/5 times. Very quick to be on your case when needing something but slow as a snail if you need anything sorted. Was very rude down the phone to my partner at one point.

They made such an effort to make sure our house photos were amazing and put our house on the market in no time at all. Communication with the team was brilliant, you would get an instant reply and they would be very honest and give you so much information and reassurance throughout the whole process. We couldn’t recommend them enough!
