The entire process, including the end-of-tenancy checkout and deposit release, was handled very professionally and smoothly.<br>I was especially impressed with how quickly Emma followed up on the final inspection and deposit, and how she went the extra mile to ensure everything was processed promptly.<br>I would highly recommend Knight Partnership and Emma to anyone looking for a professional, reliable and supportive letting agency. Infact there before us!!<br>No pressure.<br>First property he showed us round, we felt 100% confident with him and his knowledge. He was attentive with our requirements and took on board our conversations. Thanks to Tyler he introduced us to our dream Bungalow. We have signed Contracts. The whole process took less than four months. Communication was very good and we had a few laughs along the way. He treated us like friends rather than would be buyers. Such a likable young man!!<br>We liked Tyler so much that once we put our house on the Market [with Ark, obviously!We feel comfortable he will treat possible buyers with the same expertise he did with us. I especially have to single out Alexander Hutton who worked incredibly hard to secure me an interest only mortgage. This was no mean feat as I am almost 64 years old and really didn't hold out much hope of a successful outcome. Alex was awesome. Kind, friendly and understanding of my situation. I am genuinely so grateful. The whole team were so good and I used their recommended solicitor who was also fabulous.<br>From first viewing of the property to completion, took 7 weeks exactly. I do not think anyone could ask for more!<br>Heartfelt thanks Connells ??????

Chris, Stuart and the team were amazing - always returned calls and did what they said they would do. Excellent marketing pack and photos were the best. They sold our home on the 2nd viewing and the whole process was stress free. It is such a great benefit that they have a local office where you can pop in and have a chat if you have any queries - thoroughly recommend Pennells to help with your next move !

14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)Mislead information. Was advised that if an offer for a house was accepted, the property would be taken off the market ‘subject to contract’.<br>This wasn’t the case. Even though we got as far as having the proceeds with the underwriters and paying fees, the property was still available for the public to ‘outbid’<br>Just became a waste of time.

Winkworth were really quick to come and provide a valuation and book in pictures. They were really helpful in advising a sale price and sold my home within a week. During the sale they have also been really quick to respond to queries and kept me updated about chain progress. All the staff have been really friendly and helpful which made the experience even more positive. I highly recommend the fantastic service that Winkworth provide. They made the process so much easier.

3rd Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Awful. No communication at all from Gemma/Natalie. Tried to take our whole deposit due to apparently not giving notice when moving but we had, Gemma didn’t communicate within the work place. Had to keep contacting them to get a response about our deposit. No one ever replied unless we had emailed them 4/5 times. Very quick to be on your case when needing something but slow as a snail if you need anything sorted. Was very rude down the phone to my partner at one point.
