15th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)They posted the house and for the 12 weeks we had the house with them we didn’t hear anything back from them, except when we contacted them. We had no weekly updates or advice from them as to why we only had 1 viewing in the 12 weeks.
16th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)We enjoyed our time both buying and selling with Hamptons Chichester. Bradley Harris and Max Paravicini were always professional in a relaxed manner, making our move stress free! I would have no hesitation recommending them.

28th Jan 2023 (3 years ago)Walked in to discuss a bungalow they had for sale, whilst in workwear. Had one word answers whilst being looked up and down by a snotty guy. They need to not judge books by covers.

3rd Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)Bell and Blake were the only one of four agents we contacted who valued the property realistically. Their local knowledge was invaluable in our situation (as we live elsewhere and were selling for an elderly relative). I am very glad that we were not lured by one of the various rival firms offering inflated valuations to get us on board- the house would almost certainly still be on the market and causing us great anxiety.

2nd Apr 2023 (2 years ago)I was on the market for a long time with another agent with limited results. The guys at Cubitt and West put together a new plan with a 28 day timescales and followed through on everything! I cannot recommend them high enough! Thank you!

27th Feb 2023 (3 years ago)Hard to get hold of estate agent their phone just rang out. If we couldn’t get them then how to purchasers manage? Not timely in feeding back from viewings very poor!

He is very knowledgeable about the local area and was quick to answer any questions we had. Nothing is too much trouble and he will go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly.
5th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)We first put our property on the market three years ago with a different agent. After going through three different buyers and three broken chains, the process became overwhelmingly stressful and took a real toll on our mental health. Eventually we decided to take the property off the market altogether. When we were finally ready to try again we decided to list our home with Just4Bungalows. The journey wasn’t easy or straightforward, we had multiple viewings on our property but no real buyer in sight. But even when we felt hopeless, Just4Bungalows team reassured us, supported us and promised they would find the right buyer and they truly delivered. After months of uncertainty we finally secured a cash buyer in August 2025 and by November 2025 we were able to move into our forever home, thanks to the dedication and support of Just4Bungalows team. Our move came at the right time, in September 2025 we welcomed our second child and we desperately needed another bedroom for her which we now have. We want to express our sincere gratitude for their outstanding service throughout this incredibly stressful period.
