Pegasus estate agents we cannot thank you enough for the fabulous service we received. Our buyer was extremely happy too. The whole experience was perfect. Nick and his team are extremely professional and they will go out of there way to make sure everything goes smoothly. If we had gone with another local estate agent we would be in a very different position now as there valuation of our house was ridiculously low to achieve a quick sale which wasn’t needed. Pegasus sold my parents property in a very difficult time. My father was in hospital after having a stroke and we had been told he would be in a wheelchair. Nick from Pegasus was respectful of our circumstances and absolutely brilliant. Even after my father returned home and had to sleep in the lounge they were very understanding about how difficult it was to get out. Pegasus were our vendors agent but have been incredibly helpful towards us, more so than our own estate agent at times. Nick is very professional, thorough but also personable and was only ever a phone call away if we had questions around the process of buying and selling. As a customer with neurological differences I found it comfortable to say what was on mind to Nick and he was great at reframing situations I’d misunderstood. Tired of the poor service from "big names" when selling your house? We switched from one of the chains to Pegasus and the experience could not have been any different. It was almost the exact opposite: where the chain had been constantly putting pressure on us to reduce price, Nick at Pegasus was supportive and told us to hold out. In fact, he was so correct in this assertion he actually secured us an offer above our asking price. This after we'd been on with the local corporate agency for months and months without a single offer. Where the corporate agency gave obfuscated nonsense and, frankly, incorrect feedback from viewers (we know this for a fact), Pegasus always provided detailed feedback with their thoughts around it. Almost every viewer through the door was suitable unlike the previous agent who just wanted anyone through the door. And all this with a sense of humour whilst providing a very professional service. Can't recommend Pegasus enough. They know there is an art and a skill to selling houses, it's not simply a case of putting it up on Rightmove and waiting for someone to find it. Sell you house with Pegasus, you will NOT regret it.... Read more
