It took for me to ask for legal proof of withholding payment, and even then, we was still charged for fees and only given a partial refund! - Personally, as a customer looking to rent, WE ARE AVOIDING Priory Park Properties based in Redhill

8th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Not the easiest time to place a property on market in mid October. However Mansell achieved 2 early strong expressions of interest in November before obtaining a sale from another party in January.

I have known Sacha Scott agency since 2017 and they have looked after a few properties of mine. I am always impressed how hard they work, they communicate very well and keep me updated regularly and efficiently. They look after my tenants with care and make sure that any maintenance issue is properly sorted. I feel safe having them on board, knowing that they are looking after my tenants and my properties with professionalism and dedication. I highly recommend them to manage your property.
