The difference in energy, flexibility and "can do" attitude was clear from the start, and this was then followed up by superior photography and marketing. I'd recommend them for anyone looking to sell their property in the Oxted area.

14th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)What can I say to truly convey my positivity and trust towards the team at the Caterham Branch in their true value - All the team have been polite/helpful, proactive and no task is too much for them.<br>We put our house on the market in Chaldon, at what proved to be a very tricky market this summer. The branch manager, Daniel was very honest in his valuation initially. We tried the higher value but despite their best efforts in marketing fully for us, we had no joy. Following a price reduction suggested by us, the team stepped up the marketing again, re-listed to potential purchasers and immediately updated the websites. Here we are, 9 viewings later and now under offer, chain complete, our purchase confirmed and solicitors in touch. Fingers crossed this will progress to completion now, I have faith in the team.<br>Special mentions to Kristine and the lovely Lily-Mae and of course, Daniel for his patience and superior experience of property sales in the area.<br>Highly recommend if you are thinking of marketing your property in Chaldon or the local area!

Most recently, they sold our property remarkably quickly.<br>A huge thank you to Paul and the team for their professionalism, support, and excellent communication throughout. The transition team was fantastic and kept everything moving smoothly, making the whole process far less stressful.<br>We couldn't recommend Move Revolution highly enough. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

What makes the distinction?<br><br>Buying a property can take time, and quite early into our search, my wife and I found ourselves saying, "We really hope we end up buying through Robert Leech."<br><br>The reason? Lisa.<br><br>We'd started building a relationship with Lisa through numerous viewings, conversations and even some pretty tough negotiations. And over time, we came to realise that our relationship with Lisa and Robert Leech was far more than just transactional.<br><br>Now, Lisa doesn't blur the lines about who she represents. She's instructed to get the best deal for her client, and rightly so. But what makes her different is that, despite us not being her client, we genuinely felt she had our best interests at heart too.<br><br>With every viewing, proposal or negotiation, Lisa wasn't just looking at the property or the numbers. She was thinking about our family. Guiding us in a way that protected us financially, supported us locally and helped us make sensible, informed decisions.<br><br>We never felt like just another couple of potential buyers. We felt like a family that Lisa had taken a personal interest in, almost as though she'd made it her responsibility to find us somewhere suitable, somewhere special, and somewhere we'd be happy for years to come.<br><br>And that's what makes the difference.<br><br>The friendly catch-ups in Pret, the completely unrelated jokes, the more personal conversations, and perhaps the biggest thing of all... We are from Surrey and were looking to relocate to this area.We booked a viewing and were met by Steve. Not only was he super accommodating during the process of actually trying to fit our schedule around his but he went above and beyond our expectations. The property we went to see wasn’t the ideal fit for us so Steve then suggested another property we might be interested in. He was knowledgeable about the areas we were looking at along with transport links making suggestions on areas we hadn’t really thought about. In fact he made everything seem seamless that we drive away much more in tune on what we were trying to achieve. Steve was personable with so much depth to him that we wanted to find a property just so he could manage it all without us giving it any second concerns! He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

Having provided her with the relevant criteria for the type of property that we are interested in, she quickly responded with details of a number of properties, two of which we have already viewed. Maggie also has excellent communication skills, and we look forward to receiving details of other possible properties in the future.
